They created a product for us to clean people's personal PCs as part of the initial project.  To create the tool and obtain Microsoft certification that it is a genuine program and not malicious software, a great deal of coding knowledge was needed.

Their efforts have yielded a fair amount of success.  In addition to creating a website for us to sell skin cream, they also created an independent software program that enhanced our data validation process.  For instance, the software assists in identifying if a person's first name is usually male or female when they enter their name and email.  This enables us to better customize our advertising.  We had great success with that project.

They did a great job creating the original plans.  They faithfully adhered to the timetables we established and consistently met all of the important deadlines we required.  I had a single point of contact for project management who was able to respond to all of my inquiries and ensure that everything proceeded without hiccups.

 We did encounter a few minor problems along the process, but they were always very prompt in resolving them and ensuring that I was satisfied with how the product was functioning.

A landing page with all the required written material and media was given, fully constructed and designed.  This included a functional ActiveCampaign link that manages forms, user tags, and automated workflows, as well as a Smoke Watch modal that updates in real time.  Along with informative sections like Conclave 101 and the History of the Conclave, we also received a bespoke Articles page with a consistent post template.  The project included training materials for our employees as well as backend access for our team.  The entire website is flexible to mobile devices and designed to function flawlessly even when there is a high volume of visitors, particularly during significant events.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In order to engage our audience with the papal succession, the Conclave microsite was created.  It offered interactive smoke-watching, educational resources, and real-time information.  The primary goal was to use ActiveCampaign to draw site visitors and convert them into email subscribers.

 We were successful in getting a lot of people from our audience to visit the website.  Thousands of new email subscribers were acquired by use of embedded signup forms.  The addition of these contacts to ActiveCampaign for ongoing communication and upcoming outreach initiatives went well.

 The website itself was jam-packed with useful features and material, such as historical essays, the instructional Conclave 101, and the smoke watch tool.  Additionally, this project laid the groundwork for the creation of real-time engagement platforms for significant Church events in the future.

Throughout the project, Brainvire showed excellent project management.  They were very receptive to our changing demands and delivered the things on schedule.  The timeframe increased dramatically due to the Pope's unexpected death, and Brainvire swiftly adjusted to meet strict constraints and make sure that every feature—including the landing page, smoke watch tool, and ActiveCampaign integration—was released on time.

We brought Kwebmaker on for a big task. We needed to unify our messy codebase. Creating a consistent UX was also crucial.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main goal was moving our app from React to Flutter. Every part of the old app had to be moved. We wanted most UI pieces to be reusable widgets. The final product had to work on web and mobile. Key results were a single codebase for all platforms. We also needed a uniform look and feel everywhere. Another goal was much better app performance. Lowering our overall platform costs was vital too.

The project was a complete success. They moved 100% of our code. Everything was migrated over to Flutter perfectly. The migration was a clear success on several fronts. We saw our initial content load time cut nearly in half. Feature development is now dramatically faster for us.

Most importantly, our user satisfaction scores saw a noticeable jump post-launch. The performance gains alone made the entire project worthwhile. We saw a solid 15% increase in our user satisfaction scores. This boost was a direct result of the smoother, more consistent experience.
