For what projects/services did your company hire KPL TECH SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED, and what were your goals?

Custom website build and SEO/Google ranking.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Jonathan sent me an SEO report as a foot in the door and I called him to discuss the KPL Tech Solution's plans.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Nothing concrete was really accomplished in 90 days and $2,000.00 of charges. The website they charged me $700.00 for, turned out to be nothing more than a $50.00 Word Press Template I could have purchased and built myself for less than $100.00. After three months, I started checking my Google rating and found that my company name wasn't even found. They apparently sent me fake monthly SEO reports to string me along.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Only Jonathan (if that's his real name). He's was the team leader handling the website, optimization and payments I made.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

KPL Tech Solutions (Rep. Jonathan W.) charged me $700.00 for a cookie-cutter Word Press site using a $50.00 template. They quickly plugged in my company info and connected the server to my WIX site, which was paid a year in advance. The charged me $200.00 and sent me a receipt for "consultation", when it was nothing more than a fake SEO report showing optimization work that was never done.

After three months and over $1,000.00 of SEO optimization charges, my research shows that my business has "no google rating". I have filed a payment dispute with my bank and a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General. They should be prosecuted and jailed. They've not merely stolen my hard earned money, but have forced me to hire other companies to repair the damage and lost business and revenue as a result of their work.

Jonathan agreed my website would be custom modeled to show prospective customer exactly what I do. Instead, I got a cheap template that took some in a Noida, India boiler room 30 minutes to plug in my company meta data. I will continue to pursue this company legally until I receive a full refund.
