We required a comprehensive design solution for our mobile app, which initially consisted of approximately 70 wireframed pages that were still in development. The scope of work included:

Ideation & Concept Development – Korsa collaborated with us to refine our initial wireframes, incorporating industry best practices and user experience (UX) insights to create a cohesive design strategy.
Flexible Adaptation to Changes – Throughout the process, Korsa remained highly responsive to our evolving requirements and design iterations, ensuring the final solution aligned with our vision.
End-to-End UI/UX Design – The team transformed our incomplete wireframes into a fully developed, production-ready design system, delivering a polished and professional user interface (UI) from the ground up.

I had high hopes for Korsa based on their portfolio, but it does not reflect their actual skills. They lack creativity and professionalism. They promised unlimited revisions but only made minor tweaks despite repeated feedback asking for major changes. Their project manager, Andy, was unfriendly, aggressive, and unprofessional when I voiced my concerns. After a month, it became clear they were only after quick money with no intention of delivering quality. When I requested to cancel, they abruptly ended the project and refused a refund. They also exploited Contra’s payment process by issuing a one-time invoice to avoid dispute resolution. Save your money and time — look elsewhere for a competent design firm.

We've been working on this project since last year and none of the concepts that our team has come up with are suitable. 

They have taken the time, thought and energy to comply with all the concepts you want in every feedback we receive. Be it through WhatsApp messages, Email or direct feedback at Figma. 

We cannot do the refund process and sent you the figma file containing the latest design that we have made based on the last feedback you sent.

The reason why we are unable to do the refund to you? Because this project has gone so far and we have also stopped for some time because we are waiting for your feedback. And Contra granted our appeal, so we think the winner has already been decided in this dispute case.

You should be able to accept the outcome of the appeal gracefully, and there is no need to write a bad rating based on the hurt of losing. You should be able to realize your mistakes and in the future hopefully you can be more professional to the team involved in each of your projects.

Korsa did an amazing job of designing a landing page to match the vision of the project.  I provided examples, but they came up their own spin, thus making the site unique.  The logo was similar, and again, they made it their own.  And they did a fantastic job laying out the Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy, even providing users with a table of contents for easy searching.

The communication with Andy, their project manager was terrific, and he always relayed my needs to the team promptly and accurately.  He was always incredibly professional, and I really appreciated this since it's important project to me and my business partner.
