Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a small batch distillery and we advertise to consumers in our area.

For what projects/services did your company hire KLAIN, and what were your goals?

We needed a new website for our 72 Mile lineup in order to promote and generate awareness for our products. Klain did a great job in a short period of time.

How did you select KLAIN and what were the deciding factors?

They were referred to us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

There was a kick-off meeting where we discussed design and goals. After that we were presented with wire frame options and then a custom website was built. Any changes we needed were promptly made.

How many people from the KLAIN team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager was our point of contact. I'm not sure about the full size of the team behind the scenes but there was definitely a designer and a developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We just launched a brand new website but initial feedback is really good.

We were communicating daily through emails and calls/video calls when needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very open to any changes we wanted and helped create content that we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. They are very quick to fix and change the things we needed in the project.
