Kitameraki Consultant prepare the migration from our all setup to using Microsoft Platform, including Microsoft Tenant, DNS and Exchange configuration. On D day, our email smoothly arrive in our newly configured Outlook accounts. In addition, Kitameraki Consultant provided training on how to use Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive and Planner. Milestone
2. Asset Management tool After sharing our expectations in term of features and budget, Kitameraki Consultant short listed 2 Asset Management tool options. We benchmark the 2 options and finally selected the one that will become our Asset Mgt tool.

• Configure Tableau software to render reports using data captured in the web platform. Graphs, maps and data are used for internal reports, for our consultancy reports. We also give access to this security dashboard to our clients upon subscription.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has dramatically changed our way of working. We switched from a clumsy, handmade Excel database to a fast, fully-integrated security dashboard, generating compelling visuals and data within a few clicks. Our clients have also shown much interest to subscribe to this service.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was genuine pleasure working with Kitameraki: they are extremely serious and efficient. They are very reliable, and stick well to the timeline, SOW and budget discussed. What struck us most is that not only do they have a perfect command of the IT solutions they sell.

They also listen very carefully to our needs and genuinely understand what we need (although we work in a sector - security in Myanmar - that no one is really familiar about). This extra client focus and this quick, in-depth understanding of our needs has allowed us to shape exactly the service we wanted.
