The project involved the implementation of so-called "open banking." This is a feature that banks offer, providing access to their consumer banking systems. Such access is granted by the 2015/2366 - EN - Payment Services Directive. The implementation included centralized access to the online banking systems of all Bulgarian banks. 
To achieve this, a connection was established between an Open Banking data provider and an in-house system, enabling users to log in and link all their current accounts from any banks where they held such accounts.
This system development allows users to monitor all their transactions in one place and access detailed information about each account. 
Communication between the banks, the data provider, and our system relies on API capabilities and data stream encryption to ensure this functionality.

As a result of the project, users could aggregate all their accounts in one place, monitor their transactions, and access information for each account.

We used the Jira platform and the work was based on sprints. Completing the tasks on time, testing by KeyDev and approving by us were the major requirements. We had fixed number of sprints, and estimated duration for completing of each task, for every sprint. Everything that we expected was on time. All our needs and expectations were covered.
