We needed to develop a website for our company to promote our services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were given recommendations about the quality of the services and reputation as a reliable partner.

The whole scope of the work included design development and website development. Before starting, we had just a logo. So the task was to develop the corporate styling that could be used for the website, social media and for elsewhere, like for the letters and of course to develop a strict and minimalistic design and the website.

We have discussed the goal we want to achieve, and the team prepared the proposition of the website and pages structure. And according to this structure and design, the website was developed. We went through the following steps to achieve the results:

1. Gathering the scope of the work
2. Requirements analyses and Estimation and project planning
3. Design development and approval
4. Website development and launch

The technology scope: HTML/CSS, JS, WordPress

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In dev process was involved: Project manager - with him was discussed all the scope and features, UI/UX designer, Frontend and Backend dev

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We got a great result, all the timelines we have discussed were met, and the deliverables match all requirements.

All the agreed deadlines were met. As for communication, the PM is very attentive to the details and was always in touch. We have few channels of communication where she reacted to the question and changes requests immediately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their personable attitude and transparent process. Also, I was pleased by the quality of the result, as the team really worried about it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t give any recommendations as I'm fully satisfied with the collaboration with ITDecision team.

We got the results we expected by 100%. The deliverables we were getting fit the technical standards and were tested across a number of browsers.

Work ethic and attitude to a client. The minimum technical defects needed to be changed.
