The JRB Team, Inc. is a Chicago-based organization that focuses on connecting businesses to other businesses (or consumers) with the primary goal of increasing revenues. Services can include, but are not limited to: outbound sales, inbound customer service, ongoing account management, CRM customization, sales training, script/proposal writing, brand development, social marketing, website design and maintenance, etc. Once we have executive buy-in, we oversee the implementation process from start to finish. We use surveys, interviews and observation to conduct comprehensive service audits; JRB monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at 3-week intervals, adjusting strategies as needed.
