Services can include, but are not limited to: outbound sales, inbound customer service, ongoing account management, CRM customization, sales training, script/proposal writing, brand development, social marketing, website design and maintenance, etc. Once we have executive buy-in, we oversee the implementation process from start to finish. We use surveys, interviews and observation to conduct comprehensive service audits; JRB monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at 3-week intervals, adjusting strategies as needed.
JRB is a privately-held Sales, Marketing and Technology consulting firm located in the Near-west Suburbs of Chicago; we have been helping small to mid-sized businesses find new clients since 2013. Our team currently consists of experienced entrepreneurs with extensive knowledge in business operations, lead generation, sales, customer service, market research, creative advertising, talent acquisition, social media management, information technology, security and recovery, etc. JRB has developed a customer-centric environment that fosters top-tier sales support and positive brand enhancement; our proven strategies can help grow online footprints, increase brand awareness and directly drive new targeted traffic.
