I’m the manager of operations of a Visa service company.

What challenge were you trying to address with JP GLOBAL LLC?

We needed help with website development services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially gave JP GLOBAL LLC our preferences; we wanted something similar to our company’s name. Based on that, they designed the website. We also provided them with color schemes, and they made the logo from that.

The website allowed people to see our services and products. If someone had an inquiry, they could directly contact us through the site.

What is the team composition?

We were in contact with the marketing head.

A mutual friend referred them. I approached them for this project, and they gladly came on board.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent almost $18,000 on the project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began our project in November 2022, and they delivered it in January 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website is perfect, but now it’s under maintenance. Moreover, the site is the people’s first impression of us, and it’s a good one. We also like the new logo they’ve created.

All in all, the website has improved our business. We have more engagement and leads now.

Project management was good. JP GLOBAL LLC delivered the work on time and within budget. If we had anything in the middle of the night, they always responded on time. We communicated through phone calls and in-person meetings.
