JB was tasked to do the impossible, redoing the digital footprint of a game whose website was in the gutter beause of the incompetence of the previous development team. The website was a pretty elaborate project, with multiple themes and elaborate Web3 marketplace functionality in place. There was an extreme timeline crunch, as the intial team notified of their failure to deliver a week before deadline. I asked Bilal for help and as always JB went above and beyond. Deploying resources overtime in a hurried fashion and creatively solving the task at hand. They managed to 'fix' what was built (which was truly an accomplishment as the other developers said it was impossible to do so in the timeframe) allowing the launch to remain as per schedule. Later I asked them to redo the entire web app in a more extended timeline, which they managed to do with ease, allowing us to meet our goals and objective on time and in a qaulity driven fashion. The only reason we didn't go with them intially was because they're a relatively premium team of software developers, however, when push came to shove, they really pulled their weight and showed us why the charge the extra $$$.

The dedicated project manager and their development lead was in constant communication with us over whatsapp and email. They even worked overtime on the weekdays and weekends to ensure that our deadlines were met. We gave our needs and requirements in a very a raw format, through verbal and informal communication. Their team conslidated all requirements in a figma document and agilely updated it to accomodate our ever changing requirtments.

They charge top dollar, although Bilal will always be accomodative if you're on a tight budget, you will still find cheaper alternatives in the market. However, is the lower cost worth the head ache? That's your choice to make.

It's worth noting that the team developed the website using Drupal. They mainly used Figma for the design, although they worked on some files using Flutter, too. Besides, the team handled web optimization and several rebranding tasks until the project was complete.

Jinnbyte successfully handed us a live version of the site. We were happy with this final deliverable. The project took some time, given that there were different iterations during development and we asked the team to build everything from scratch.

However, they were very patient and did not charge us extra. Overall, we were delighted with the finished product.

Communication and timelines were good. Our only issue was that the team could not work with everyone on our own staff. Other than that, they managed the project well. We used Microsoft Teams and Asana for project management.

I want to give a shout-out to Bilal, the CEO. He was passionate about the project during its ideation and conception phases. His commitment stood out.

They should be able to work with almost all the stakeholders on the client side rather than just one or two senior people. Besides, there was some delay in the feedback, but nothing noteworthy.

If you have a rough idea and want to build and refine it, Jinnbyte is good at it. They can work with you once you explain the full project scope to them. Basically, if you have a raw idea, they will excel at building it and completing the project alongside you. Do not stop yourself. Whatever raw endeavor you have, you can work it out with them.

The platform included a two-sided online marketplace, a message and notification system, a payment and review system, and a complicated web flow. The team was able to create any desired feature on the platform and managed to fix any bugs on the website effectively. We always established a timeframe for each goal on the website, and they always met our expectations on time and managed to build/develop what we asked for. The team was also great at communicating and provided guidance and feedback on the project.
