I’m the CEO of Hearttales Wholeness Pvt Ltd. We’re a digital mental healthcare platform offering affordable, stigma-free emotional support and guidance through trained listeners, helping individuals, couples, and communities manage stress, burnout, and relationship challenges.

We needed help building our web application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IXT Minds developed a live video calling feature for our web application. The team also handled the frontend development. IXT Minds was responsible for both the design and development of the video calling feature and the frontend.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 35% improvement in user engagement with the portal after IXT Minds completed their work. The team had a good response time and was flexible with the job, including certain things that were important to us but weren’t included in the original scope of work.

How did IXT Minds perform from a project management standpoint?

IXT Minds’ project management was very good. The team delivered on time. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings.
