I am the president of a brand new nonprofit that purchases and maintains existing homes to be used as group homes for I/DD individuals in our state.

We hired iworker to design our brand and logo. The goal was something very simple that exuded our mission as a whole. As a startup company, our funding was limited for this project. As a nonprofit we are committed to help as many people as possible throughout our journey.

I found iworker through LinkedIn. After communicating with the founders, I was instantly drawn to their mission.

My initial email supplied several iworker employees to choose from. Once I made my choice, I had a meeting via zoom in which I expressed our mission and needs. The employee was prompt, professional, asked excellent questions, and understood what we stand for and what our needs were.

I worked with one of the founders, and one of the iworkers.

The outcome was better than I ever could have imagined. The presentation of the branding was outstanding and professional. The brand itself was spot on. Just overwhelmingly good!

The iworker remained in touch throughout the project. I was given a spreadsheet to track the number of hours spent on the project, and she stayed within the agreed upon time frame. Her presentation showed each step and how she came to the final brand and logo.

This company does exactly what they promise. There are no hidden fees, nothing unexpected. It is an incredible value and their mission is so admirable.

Not a thing. Truly.

Communication has been quick, straightforward, and easy. Immanuel gets things pretty fast, and asks questions when necessary. He also takes initiative to share his own thoughts and ideas, thereby taking ownership over the work. I can trust him to do his job well while I get to be fairly hands-off.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their high level of professionalism and great communication skills. Everything is very well organized, which has helped me build trust in them quite quickly. I love that this company is providing training & opportunities to those who might not have otherwise had it.

Not that I can think of at this time.

Our virtual assistant from iWorker is a massive help! The onboarding process (which they provided a guide on creating) was very smooth and they became a huge help in no time. The assistant herself, Gledys, is able to follow directions, is reliable, and quickly became an irreplaceable asset to our team. She consistently delivers exceptional work that supports our business. It’s amazing how much time you can save with a little help from a very reliable individual. I would definitely recommend remote assistants from iWorker to anyone who needs it.
