We were impressed with the team's timeliness of delivery and responsiveness of the workers.

I hired two workers from them for help with social media and graphic design. Both of the workers are from Venezuela.

What were your goals for this project?

To create content for clients of mine.

How did you select iWorker?

iWorker was recommended by a friend of mine who runs an ecommerce business. He has been working with a guy from Venezuela through iWorker and has had a good experience.

Describe the project in detail.

Carlos and Andrea worked with me for several months in a pique period of business for us. We got several big clients within 3 weeks of each other and I needed a hand creating content for them for their social media accounts.

What was the team composition?

Carlos and Andrea were my VAs. From iWorker, I mostly talked with Enrique.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They helped me manage a bunch of extra work when I was stressing out that I couldn´t get it all done!!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The process with iWorker was very smooth. Quick onboarding process, simple billing structure, and the VAs were wonderful to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I love the social concept behind iWorker and they seem to have recruited some great workers from Venezuela.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All has been smooth. I would use them again.
