Project management was great - they consistently communicate don Slack with me and delivered V1.  Always available for a meeting when needed - had 3 video calls with them during the project.

Communication and quality of the service.  Great leadership and very easy to work with. They were honest and delivered on timelines.

I would like a bit more UX/UI thougthfulness - but it may be that I had a tight timeline.  The application doesn't have those slick bells and whistles and UX that makes it feel 'slick' but it does exactly the job requested.  Again, this may be because I was on a tight timeline.

The SwimCentric software platform is designed with two distinct portals: one for administrators and one for parents, each tailored to their unique needs.

The Admin Portal provides robust functionality to manage swim school operations, including user-specific onboarding, a dynamic dashboard with live data, and a comprehensive calendar synced with instructor availability. Admins can communicate through filtered email/text messages, manage detailed student and staff profiles, and associate classes with calendar events automatically. Additional tools include advanced reporting on revenue, attendance, and retention, staff management features, app settings for account control and data import, and access to a help center.

The Parent Portal mirrors and simplifies the Admin experience to provide parents with a user-friendly interface for managing their child’s swim lessons. It offers a personalized dashboard displaying skill progress, attendance, messaging, and upcoming lessons. Parents can schedule classes directly from the instructor availability calendar, message instructors, manage their account and billing details, and use features like swim center ratings and friend referral links for potential incentives. This dual-portal approach ensures streamlined operations for swim schools and a convenient, engaging experience for families.
