Project management was great - they consistently communicate don Slack with me and delivered V1.  Always available for a meeting when needed - had 3 video calls with them during the project.

Communication and quality of the service.  Great leadership and very easy to work with. They were honest and delivered on timelines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IVT Technologies could have done differently?

I would like a bit more UX/UI thougthfulness - but it may be that I had a tight timeline.  The application doesn't have those slick bells and whistles and UX that makes it feel 'slick' but it does exactly the job requested.  Again, this may be because I was on a tight timeline.
