Our website had been composed from five different domains by agglomeration a number of years previously and was in drastic need of a design and content update. This needed to be done quickly but under a small budget. This is the project contracted to Ivan Infotech.

Goals consisted of:

1) revamping the overall website design

2) making content transitions and updates to cover our expanded services

3) while having minimal impact on our personnel in terms of implementing the changes. The new website needed to be operational in a rapid fashion and with links and metadata in place to achieve high native SEO rankings.

Ivan Inotech provided the internal drive to complete the project with minimal interruptions to our small professional operating staff with limited time to dedicate to the project, yet because of the technical nature of our work required significant knowledge of our services.

We had a direct contact with a stable project manager who worked with the development team within his company and provided a direct access point for me, who headed up our effort. A second contact was engaged to check on audit the overall development by the project manager and his technical staff. This was operationally very efficient.

A colourful, interesting website to showcase a live music line-up. Design was decided over the phone by viewing various previous website Ivan Infotech had already designed, several of which were of similar entities.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very happy with the website and subsequent help even when I made a mistake whilst editing the wordpress website once it was online. Avik gave me help free of charge in the follow up phase.

We learned how to communicate with each other and trust each other, which is well established now.

I have worked on several projects with Ivan Infotech. I started working with Kumar at Ivan Infotech almost a year ago already. Our first project was a rather complex application for Android and IOS called UHIF, a music sharing app with unique functionality, which we are putting the finishing touches on now.

The client wanted a custom music-sharing application.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected Ivan Infotech after discussing the project for several months with Kumar. Kumar represented Ivan Infotech in a professional manner from which created confidence in the company's abilities and creditability. They weren't the cheapest, if I may add.

Once we decided on moving forward with Kumar and Ivan Infotech we scheduled a conference call with the client and an analyst from Ivan Infotech to understand the scope of the project in it's entirety. Once that was completed I was assigned my account manager Kumar and he has been informative and helpful throughout each milestone of this project.

I dealt directly with Kumar except on occasion I spoke directly to members of the development team for clarification on certain points, etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each edit or modification requested by the client has been completed or in the final stages of completion. The app should be ready for a successful launch by the end of this month. The client is impressed and planning to start additional projects soon.

Kumar has been very informative throughout the process. Keeping myself and the client up to speed on progress and developments.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

After working with Kumar for a short period of time, I gained some trust for him and his organization; after milestone, after milestone was delivered in a timely manner and open to making the requested edits of the client. I was impressed with Kumar's professionalism initially but later again I was impressed by the seamless workflow.

I began contacting other clients with them for different projects from web design to SEO. Kumar and Ivan Infotech have been very informative and helpful throughout our business relationship. It is my hope that it can continue to partner with them for a long time to come.

We would have loved for everything to be ready yesterday, however, I do understand it takes time to develop all the functionality that this project demanded.

They’re doing really well, and they’ve been very helpful and have met all my requirements. We can now be more efficient as there’s no learning curve required. When everything is finished, we’ll launch it all together.

They’re very supportive and demonstrate excellent understanding. They meet deadlines and stay within budget too, as they’re not expensive. Communication is really good—they’re very responsive and communicate via Skype and email, providing me with development links to check things online right away. I give feedback and they continue improving everything as I want.

They have the experienced I need and didn’t waste my time. Importantly, they go above and beyond what I ask.

They frequently submitted designs for testing and always implemented my feedback. We primarily used email and Skype to communicate. They always worked around my schedule, even if it meant unusual or late hours for them.
