Hexagon is a digital agency from Kyiv. Our expertise includes digital strategy and design of websites, apps, and online services, but we also do branding, sound, and motion design.

For what projects/services did your company hire itAdviser, and what were your goals?

We hired ItAdviser to develop a project from scratch. We needed a comprehensive software agency that understood the needs of a startup and could handle various tasks.

Essentially, we wanted someone to help us develop our in-house tech, IT, mobile app, and website, CMS and Client Area.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We know the company from more than one project. They are responsible guys with great expertise in working with large data sets. Complex systems are absolutely their specialty.

We made a project from scratch. We had a meeting to explain the goal and requirement. ItAdviser showed us an example to prove they can deliver the job. After signing the agreement, they started to work. They coordinated the design and development of a ticketing and reservation system.

It allows us to list our events and collect payments—it essentially serves as the brains of our operation. As our engagement has continued, our platform has expanded to include more features. ItAdviser has further customized the system to meet our needs as we've grown

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We’re working with a dedicated project manager and a senior front-end developer. We also have access to upper management when pressing issues arise, and there are resources available to help meet deadlines.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their work quality was pretty high and they were generally on time. Our clients have been very happy. The team always responded right away to any small things that came up and took care of them.

Management is a separate topic. They've perfectly fulfilled the ''feel supported'' need of a client. We never had a feeling of being alone with our affairs.

Also, special thanks for the patience of management persons in case of emergency situations and technical requirements roll-up. They provided rapid feedback and optimal solutions on time.

I was impressed with the diversity of their knowledge in complex fields and exact sciences.
