I’m the business development manager at Pure Pro, a filtration products supplier.

We needed help with web design and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It St Technology does everything for us. They’ve designed and developed our website and done our branding. They currently do our digital marketing and printing materials. They help us decide where to spend our money for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. They also do a posting plan for us every month with the campaigns. After that, they create the visuals for those posts.

Also, they do very extraordinary projects — when we decided to do our exhibitions, they created a unique view and design.

We have 4–6 people on the team, including a main point of contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We receive a monthly report for the activities and money we’ve spent on digital marketing. We have different campaigns for our three brands. At the end of the month, we receive the KPIs we want. We monitor the increase of leads to our website and from customers. They’ve also helped us decrease the bounce rate and increase the number of videos and followers on the different digital channels.

How did It St Technology Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve joined us on a common platform where we put their tasks with a short description. They can propose an offer if it’s something more complicated or new, or they can just do the job. We always have a due date for the project and provide any supporting materials if we have them. Overall, they know our products, concept, philosophy, and how we’d like to present and look. It’s an easygoing process.

They use different channels for communication. We can write them on Fiverr, WhatsApp, or the platform. Yesterday, I sent an email at 2:00 a.m., and they were online and answered me. I wasn’t expecting it; they’re great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand what we need. It St Technology doesn’t just propose solutions and spend money because everybody is doing it. They try to find the right instruments and tools, and they’re prompt.

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.
