IT House made a series of functionality and layout changes to the site, including the building of bespoke features being: (a) a search bar on the home page; (b) social media logins; (c) a faster authentication flow by only requiring login with Stripe at a later stage.

Functioning of the features.

The project management was very effective.  IT House delivered on time and very quickly responded to requests for further information or tweaks to the features.  They were highly responsive and I was kept up to date with the progress of the project throughout.

The cost and quality of service were impressive.

The project could have moved more quickly, but I wasn't unhappy with the pace.  It's just that this is the only thing that would have been improved.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Requirements were broken down into individual Jira tickets and implemented accordingly
• Successful go-live of the marketplace
• The effort required to implement tickets was first estimated, and then all effort per ticket was tracked in a timesheet and shared with me as the client on a weekly basis. This meant that the costs were transparent to me at all times.

• IT house delivered all items on time 
• The estimated costs per ticket were rarely exceeded 
• During the weekly meetings, IT house members were always on time.
• My needs were fully understood and implemented professionally.
• The project documentation was mostly done via Jira tickets, which was in accordance with my needs.

Even as a small company, I have always received excellent support. IT House was flexible and was able to implement my scope extensions professionally.

In rare cases, individual Jira tickets were not implemented 100% according to the requirements in the first attempt. Developers could work more precisely here.
