We started with initial meeting to go through the detailed wireframes and functionally demands for the site. IT Family Dev team recommended some technology solutions for certain parts of the site and also they gave their suggestions on the mobile first approach. After that they have developed the site and delivered staging version to us for a round of QA. After clearing couple of tweaks they finished the whole site that reflected our initial agreement.

We had a "customer" facing project manager that communicated with us and he was in charge of the team of 2 developers.

The client site traffic according to the Google Analytics has increased over 30% in unique visits and 15% more leads.

We had weekly standups and regular communication through project management tool Asana, as well as Slack and email for all other communication.

They were easy to communicate with and explained all arguments if something needed to be done differently.

Not for the moment, keep it on this level as going forward.

We needed to update the look of our website. Because the marketing team mainly manages the content, we decided that WordPress makes the most sense. Still, our website needed to look like it was cutting edge. We're not experts in WP, so that's why we choose IT Family.

They were fully confident that the UI/UX designs we've created can be converted into a functional WP site and they provided the most detailed estimate based on the designs provided.

We created designs in Figma. IT Family team created all the tasks in Asana based on the design so that both sides can track the progress. After each page was finished it went on a staging website for testing. Everything was built with WordPress with blocks so they can be reused if necessary later.

Klaudio, the owner was managing the project from their side. I don't know how many developers exactly were involved from their side, we also had a QA in their team.

The thing I really liked was that progress was meticulously tracked through Asana. If an obstacle occurred, we were presented with an alternative solution and the website was SEO friendly when delivered to us.

As previously mentioned we used Asana and staging to see the work in its final form before it was transferred on our live hosting. Besides Asana, we used Google Drive and emails.

The site was easy to manage because it was built with content blocks. Estimates were quite correct.

Honestly, I would not change anything.

Already in the first days we received a lot of positive comments, and those comments were accompanied by statistics with an increase in traffic of over 50%. The web shop works fantastically, with great organization and visibility.

We preferred communication with the project manager, who further communicated with the team. We received all the information properly and at the agreed time. The communication was fantastic.

Understanding our needs, meeting deadlines and a great price. When we talk about understanding the needs of the client, They helped us with their experience and knowledge, which helped us have an even better solution we planned. The implementation of the solution was fast and within the agreed deadline with an excellent price.

In our case we did not have any problems, totally professional.

We had a few baseline ideas on what our website should like, namely uniqueness, simplicity, manageability, ease of navigation through the website. At the kick-off meeting, we have presented our ideas to their team.

There were some repetitive actions during the development, mostly due to our inexperience in this field of technology but they were patient enough to deliver the product that we wanted with a lot of ideas coming from their side which was very welcoming.

Mostly we had communication with their PM (in this case he is the founder as well) and he had the assistance of his frontend developer for this particular project.

We are an engineering company and we were able to deliver the basic information to our customers on our services. Their feedback on the website was really good. Our competencies are not such that we can exactly give exact technical data that can back this statement.

Their style was very flexible during the development but still rigid where it should be, primarily regarding deadlines, the effectiveness of the site in terms of response time, optimizations, and so on. They treated the commitments they gave with a high level of responsibility.

A balanced combination of flexibility, responsibility, and effectivity.

They need to become more business-minded and not only good developers, but I can see now that they are taking some actions regarding this issue by asking us for the review.

After finishing and reviewing a new website design with the client, we need a development partner specializing in Wordpress to complete the work professionally. We were looking for someone who has done a similar project before and is very responsive in day-to-day project communication.

This was a relatively small projects and there were 2 people assigned to us. One of them was the company founder whom we've had the pleasure to work with.

We were able to launch the project on time and on budget with excellent level of quality and attention to detail. We never provided mobile design, just desktop, and yet their team managed to interpret designer's intentions and develop a highly functional mobile site.

The project management was great from the beginning with frequent updates and rapid response time.

We had direct access to company founder who was one of the project members. The speed, quality and communication was all impressive. We always knew where the project is and every issue we encountered on the final website was dealt with swiftly.

Not really, we are very much impressed and would hire them again.
