Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of The Career Guide, a consultancy that helps students who’ve completed their studies in India and want to continue studying abroad, such as in the UK, the US, and Canada. We essentially help students acquire admissions in universities around the world.

What challenge were you trying to address with IONINKS?

IONINKS developed a website for The Career Guide. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, I asked IONINKS to develop a basic website for me. For context, they gave me the choice to develop an advanced site, but I decided to start with a basic one and go from there. I wanted the website to look professional and have a cool color, a nice background, and a smooth UI. I also asked IONINKS to work on its SEO. 

The team has finished developing the website, and they currently provide promotion services for me. Specifically, they handle my Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with three people from IONINKS, including website developers. 

How did you come to work with IONINKS?

One of my friends referred IONINKS to me. Then, I worked with them on developing a gaming app. They did well in that project, so decided to work with them again when we needed a website. That was how we started engaging on this project. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around 25,000 INR ($300 USD) on the website. After all of the improvements are done, the cost will likely reach 40,000 INR ($500 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together on The Career Guide in August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

IONINKS’ work has been good for the money that they charge. I’ve also seen improvements in our marketing campaigns. Overall, we’re satisfied with what they’ve done. 

How did IONINKS perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever we contact them, they instantly reply via WhatsApp. In terms of deadlines, IONINKS has finished the project in three weeks even though I’ve given them a month to do it. In other words, the team has met all of our requirements in terms of communication and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work and responsiveness are their most impressive qualities. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They do whatever we ask, and we experience no issues.
