We receive development personnel augmentation from InvoIdea. We use them in a team extension approach, where we provide them job criteria and they find engineers for us. The prospects are then interviewed, selected, and mixed into our current workforce. We treat these engineers as if they were in-house coworkers, and they work from home. 

We've worked on a variety of projects with them, including UI design. They are currently assisting us in the development of a mobile app, which we have completely outsourced to InvoIdea. We supplied the specs and designs, and they are responsible for the full implementation process.

Our first KPI is time to recruit, and Invoidea gives prospects frequently and quickly. Another key performance indicator is candidate retention. Our InvoIdea team members are as committed as our in-house engineers.

They have maintained the project on track and provide innovative and economical solutions to guarantee the success of the engagement.
