We recently partnered with Internetivo to develop a custom internal dashboard management system for our asset management company, and the results have been outstanding. The system has completely transformed how we manage both employee workflows and customer relationships.

The dashboard is intuitive and packed with features like task tracking, real-time reporting, and a robust CRM that seamlessly integrates with our existing tools. It has streamlined our operations, improved communication across teams, and made managing client portfolios much more efficient. The security features also give us peace of mind, knowing our sensitive data is well-protected.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working on the redesign of our website and custom dashboard design, we’ve seen great results. Our website traffic has grown significantly, and we’ve noticed more engagement on social media, especially around our posts about security and reliability. Brand awareness has definitely increased, with more people searching for us online and mentioning us on social media.

We’ve also seen an uptick in conversions—more sign-ups and inquiries—and our app’s daily active users continue to rise. The SEO improvements have helped us reach more people, and overall, customer feedback has been really positive. We’re excited to see continued growth as a result of this project.

We used Internetivo’s project management tool for this project, and I have to say, the experience was excellent. Despite the tool being fairly new, everything was well-organized and easy to navigate. They delivered all items on time and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The team was very responsive to our needs, and whenever we had questions or needed adjustments, they acted quickly to ensure everything was on track. Overall, the project management was smooth, and the results speak for themselves.

I guess their experience in providing us with answers to questions we never thought about as we were developing a dashboard for the first time. The use of their own project management tool was a game-changer for us—it was intuitive, streamlined, and made communication and tracking progress a breeze. Are there any areas for improvement or something Internetivo could have done differently?

Overall, we were really satisfied with the project and the results. However, since Internetivo’s project management tool is still relatively new, there were a few minor learning curves at the beginning. Some features could be more intuitive for first-time users, but the team was quick to provide support and guidance. As the tool evolves, I can see even more potential for streamlining processes and enhancing the user experience.
