Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a company of engineers and manufacturers with core competence in custom injection molding. We design and manufacture critical products for clients in the medical device consumer and electronics industries. I'm the director of business development.

What challenge were you trying to address with Internet Consulting, Inc?

We wanted better online visibility. We had a good website, but we wanted more inquiries and leads to come through that site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped with our SEO strategy, and we targeted a few keywords pertinent to our line of work, including injection molding, plastics, contract manufacturing, and design. When people type in those terms, we're the company that shows up through an organic search. We didn't have any strategy in place before we brought them on, so they helped with all of that.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around September 2018, and our work with them is ongoing. They drive things forward and have ideas of what to do next.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We track the number of inquiries we receive. That number has doubled since they started working with us, while Google Analytics shows a threefold increase in new users on the site.

They manage the project well on their side, and they’re good communicators. They helped us stay on schedule, and kept us accountable for our part of the project.
