Project manager Shishir was responsive and flexible, accommodating all our needs as they developed throughout the process. Expectation setting was generally clear, there were some delays which we worked through collaboratively, and we did also add/change some scope items through the process ourselves.

We were impressed with their responsiveness and flexibility to requests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Intelivita could have done differently?

To make the experience even better, I would suggest the team can proactively notify clients of how long requests for changes will take and whether that will delay or impact the project. 

Testing-wise, we also picked up a fair amount of snagging issues ourselves by testing out the events, so I would recommend that testing doesn't just test 'functions' it actually tests user experience and more robust testing documentation about what's been tested, how, and what was found. We did find a lot of basic issues ourselves, recognising these were rectified quickly when we drew attention to them.

Intelivita sent a full summery which discusses our project needs and explains how a project's goals will be met. The proposal outlined the work that was going to be performed during the project and includes details on the deliverables, timeline, milestones.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Intelivita proposed that our website and mobile app would be developed with in a certain timeframe which was delivered to a high standard.We were always updated along the way via email and also utlising a platform called basecamp to communicate which was 100% successful. The app has been completed and now we are still incontact with Intelivita and team for aftercare and support which is a 5***** service.

we came across Oliver Baker [iOS and Android Developer, Intelivita] via a referral from a project manager we was working with then he kindly put us in touch with Oliver and his team. we discussed the need for a website. We discussed my proposal via email, particularly what it would cost to build an MVP [minimum viable product]. The price appeared very reasonable, which was attractive to us. We then met via zoom call to discuss the start of the app development. We had the app built from scratch with additional features. Oliver and team worked closely with us, great communcation via a platform called basecamp making sure that they understood what we wanted the app to look like. 
we was assigned a project manager Shshir Mishra after meeting with Oliver who has been looking after us along with other members of the Intelivitas team who has provided a high standard service. They provide us with screenshots of the app design to make sure that they can proceed. They responded quickly to any issues. It has been easy to communicate with their project manager. checking our emails emails a lot to make sure I don’t miss his messages. we would usually respond quickly since I want to be sure they are on the right track. Shishir and team were excellent in respoding to any requests.
We noticed that Shishir and the whole team are quick to respond to changes required for the app. They let me know when there’s a problem with the app and send updates as soon as it’s fixed. Intelivita provides a 5 star service we have no concerns, We feel at OPOTM that no improvements to be made we are 100% happy for the service we have been provided with . None.

The most impressive thing about Intelivita is how professional they was asa team. Oliver, Shishir and the rest of the development team always communicated at a high standard, and always making us feel at ease taking all our fears and anxieties away.

we dont feel there is any room for improvement , we feel the team have provided a perfect service and totally bug free.

Alongside this they have also developed our new client factfind website along withan admin panel platform that sits behind the app and website providing lots of data and enabling us to customise/control app content.

Pricing is definitely the stand-out factor for Intelivita; they could and probably should be charging more.

A better understanding of modern and western mobile app design and technology is needed. Design team needs some work.

We needed to create a bespoke app for a project we were working on with Microsoft.

SOLUTION

My producer recommended Intelivita.

They designed the app and an interface to house four 360 degree videos. It’s available on the Microsoft App Store.

What was the team composition?

Their managing director handled account management and their co-founder conducted the app’s development. The team stayed the same throughout the engagement.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app turned out great. While there were a few technical glitches along the way, which is normal with any app build, Intelivita was quick to respond and fix them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Intelivita was always willing to work hard on this project, however, we did have some communication mishaps a few times when the account manager wasn’t able to make the call and we had to work directly with the developer. I would also suggest they explain all possible bugs/issues upfront since not everyone is as tech savvy as they are.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very quick and nice to work with. They also delivered within our budget.

They were fabulous. They just need to communicate more clearly and anticipate potential problems.
