We run Queen Threading, A spoeciality Brow and Waxing chain with locations in Escondido and San Diego. We brought on local IT co called Insyto Technologies to help us with two things that were holding us back: getting our name out in front of more local customers, and making sure our business and our clients' information were properly protected. On the marketing and social side, they took ownership of our online presence end to end. That included refreshing our social media profiles, setting up a consistent posting schedule, helping us collect and showcase customer reviews, and improving how easily new clients could find and book with us online. We started showing up much more in local searches, and the steady stream of content gave our pages a more professional, trustworthy look. On the IT and cybersecurity side, they assessed how we were handling customer data and tightened it up across the board. Key deliverables included securing our booking and point-of-sale systems, setting up safer ways to store client contact and appointment information, adding protections against phishing and common threats our staff might run into, and walking our team through basic security habits so everyone knew what to watch for. They also helped us move several of our day-to-day operations from paper and manual processes into secure digital tools, which made the studio run more smoothly. We saw a meaningful increase in new client bookings โ roughly [28 more per week/month] โ with several customers telling us they found us through Instagram or a Google search, which wasn't happening before.
