I’m the IT manager of a nationwide auto parts dealer and wholesaler. We help brick-and-mortar stores and local dealers.

We needed to assess our IT spending and improve our workplace security for all back-office users.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Insyto assessed our IT infrastructure to determine if it was ready for AI adoption to increase productivity. They also worked on enhancing our IT endpoint security, modernizing our workplace, and reducing our long-term IT costs. Insyto completed an AI readiness and security assessment and identified multiple opportunities for IT cost reduction and licensing optimization in our existing SaaS usage. They also helped improve our endpoint and identity security posture for office and remote users. Insyto provided executive-level recommendations for risk reduction, governance, and operational efficiency.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Insyto completed the engagement within the planned 60-day timeline and provided a comprehensive assessment of our AI readiness, endpoint security, and IT spending. Their team identified several security gaps related to identity protection, remote access, and endpoint management, along with multiple opportunities for Microsoft 365 licensing and cost optimization. The assessment resulted in a prioritized roadmap for improving our security posture, preparing for future AI adoption, and reducing long-term technology costs. The executive recommendations gave us greater visibility into our IT environment and helped establish a strategic five-year technology plan aligned with our business goals. Their independent review provided valuable insights that improved decision-making around security, governance, and future technology investments.
