We spoke with several people who recommended this firm and then we spoke with the owner. The owner was personally engaging and continues to be so.

The results have been fruitful thus far. The team readily meets our deliverables and responds quickly to our dispatch requests.

The attention they gave to our project and the knowledge of their team were impressive.

We brought them on board to be our SEO provider.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When I first started my search, I discovered that they are listed as a top SEO firm on Google. Our initial point of contact was the Account Manager, who provided us with some initial suggestions and put together the introductory presentations.

Prior to beginning, InSync Media carried out a technical SEO assessment and keyword study. They found other intriguing keywords that we hadn't yet discovered in addition to our primary keywords. They discovered many strategies and useful areas that our previous SEO firm missed.

They recommended several adjustments, including to our H1 and title tags. Additionally, we've started generating new content pages and optimizing existing pages. Finally, InSync Media recommended that we modify the URLs for our vehicle inventory pages. They also manage our backlinks for us.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their main lead is Customer Success Manager. He’s been fantastic and always explains things well.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They undoubtedly assisted in raising our ranks. We've seen an increase in organic leads and visits on the pages we've optimized and built with InSync Media. Additionally, we noticed an increase in visits for certain of our chosen keywords. We have lost four points in our average rankings when comparing this month last year to this year, but we currently have over 1,000 keywords in the top ten. Additionally, keywords are still ascending to the top three positions. Additionally, there has been a rise in conversions.

While we were creating content, I met with the team every two weeks; in reality, they are now a member of our marketing team. I enjoy staying in touch with them. They consistently succeed in meeting our deadlines. This team doesn't have a problem meeting deadlines. Email is how we communicate, and it's quite responsive. Additionally, Google Meet and Zoom calls are available. These video calls take place at least twice a month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

InSync Media work is much more specific to us as a company. The other vendors we’ve worked with are cookie-cutter, but InSync Media actually tailors their efforts to our industry and company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Companies provide a range of services, so they could better spell out what they’re going to do during the contracting period.

The project was successful; we now have a fantastic website that is simple to use and maintains a high ranking in search engines.

I think the workflow was pretty seamless between the project manager and myself.

Non. This is a top-notch company that gets the job done. That's hard to find these days.
