Beyond lead capture, the platform functions as our central operational hub, consolidating our entire workflow into one unified dashboard. It features a robust quoting engine, full inventory management, an integrated accounting suite, and a built-in call center that tracks live sales statuses. Crucially for our practice, they successfully implemented a custom medical note-taking system that compliantly translates clinical data into targeted marketing workflows.
