For what projects/services did your company hire InstaIT Technologies, and what were your goals?

The goal of this project was to develop a tool that would enable effectively analyze large amounts of data and provide reliable predictions. The tool also needed to be simple enough for our team to readily understand it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The InstaIT team was enrolled in a challenging project from the start. They worked with us to understand our needs and develop a custom tool that met those needs. The tool was built using Python and various data analysis libraries and was able to analyze property pricing trends, user sentiments, and user activities to predict property preference. The development team also incorporated a user-friendly interface to make it easy for our team to use and understand the results.

The InstaIT team helped us develop a prototype of the new tool. InstaIT was responsible for the complete development of this tool, including data analysis, Python programming, testing, and deployment. They also provided ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the tool was running smoothly.

InstaIT's project manager and staff of data analysts, Python developers, and quality assurance testers collaborated on the project to ensure that client needs were met.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The tool has helped us to identify the ideal selling prices of our properties and has enabled us to better understand the property preferences. The tool has made a difference. We have been able to increase sales figures by 20%

InstaIT has been an exceptional partner to work with. Their ability to understand our needs and develop a custom tool that met those needs was impressive. Additionally, the customer service we received was excellent – they were patient, responsive and very helpful in answering any question that we had.

There are no major areas where the company needs to improve.
