RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw immediate, measurable improvements after the launch. Player registrations increased by roughly 40%, payment volume grew by about 30%, and overall user engagement improved by nearly 50%. 
The platform became noticeably more stable and active compared to before.Players consistently reported smoother gameplay, faster updates through the new launcher, and fewer disconnects. We also saw a noticeable drop in support tickets related to login, patching, and payments, which clearly showed that stability and user experience had improved.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive part was their ability to handle everything end-to-end with real professionalism. Are there any areas they could improve?

The only area for improvement would be even more detailed documentation for some parts of the system. Aside from that, everything was delivered smoothly and exceeded our expectations.
