Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Inshasis Technologies and our staff had a pretty straightforward approach to the project. We initially went back and forth to determine the scope of work and timeline until we got to a place where everyone was comfortable. Then, we kicked off the project with a 3–4-month timeline. They started collecting what we had in terms of branding and design to get some inspiration and create a mood board.

From there, they started designing each page and methodology behind the app. They figured out which buttons would go where and what the user journey should look like. After that, we moved on to low-fidelity development, laying out key elements without adding much in the way of aesthetics or functionality.

Inshasis Technologies then built high-fidelity wireframes; they went more in-depth in nailing down the app’s copy and imagery. We worked toward what the finished app would look like. Then, we wrapped everything up with testing the product and making final adjustments. By the end, we had a no-code demo version of the app, which we could use for meetings with investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Inshasis’s UI/UX designs were viewed and approved by our CTO. Overall, we were happy with the quality of their work. Everything was done quite well, and they quickly implemented the revisions and updates we requested. We were excited with the way the app looked and functioned, and it encapsulated what we were trying to deliver to our customers. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Inshasis was ahead of deadlines, and they managed the project in a methodical way. They stuck to the scope of work and went above and beyond to ensure the finished product was exactly what we wanted. 

We had weekly meetings to keep everything on track. Our communications happened via Slack and Figma. If we needed anything, Josh was always available and responsive. In fact, all of them were great — the entire process was straightforward and comprehensive. Their communication was strong at every point. 

What was your primary form of communication with Inshasis Technologies?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their ability to think on their feet. For example, there were some areas where the Inshasis team did extra work to help us avoid issues once we moved to the development stage. I was pleased with the fact that they gave us extra inputs that weren’t included in the scope. Overall, it was amazing to have a partner with the ability to do what was right even if it was outside of the agreed-upon scope.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inshasis Technologies could have done differently?

No, there weren’t any. We were happy with their workflow and outputs.

Inshasis has designed and is now developing my mobile app. I had specific features to set my app apart from others in the market, and they’ve also made several recommendations regarding what kinds of features the app should have.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Inshasis has been amazing; I'm really happy with the design and how everything has turned out. What I've loved most about them is that they're able to accommodate whatever I need — they can do anything I ask for. Moreover, they have many knowledgeable people on their team who listen and can implement anything. The team is doing everything they can to develop the app and have it perform exactly how I want it. 

They also been helpful in providing advice outside the project's scope. For example, he's suggested hiring an attorney for certain protections and pointed me in the right direction in terms of the marketing I'll need. Overall, the Inshasis team has been available to answer any questions about the business. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The designers and developers are in touch with me almost daily. They use Slack and Figma for communication, and I can see the app's real-time progress on those tools. If I have a concern, I write them through Slack or comment on Figma, and I get an immediate response during working hours. Overall, they're super responsive and make me feel that my project is a priority for them. Moreover, the team strives to finish the project on time for the projected launch date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Inshasis is up to date about what's happening in the world and what the markets need. As a group and individually, they can give advice that makes sense for our fast-paced times and changing trends. With dating apps, people are getting tired of certain things, and Inshasis is really connected with what's happening with society's needs. 

They're very forward-thinking and familiar with what tools everyone uses. As a result, I don't have to worry about whether my app will be relevant by the time it launches. Moreover, their price structure is competitive compared to other companies I considered. Overall, Inshasis is absolutely amazing, and I love working with them — I'm having so much fun.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inshasis Technologies could have done differently?

I can't think of an area where they need to improve; I'm super happy with what they're doing.
