For what projects/services did your company hire Inomma, and what were your goals?

For one of our clients, we had to conduct a complex migration of various web portals. This project aimed to upgrade the stack and refactor the code to integrate various data sources while ensuring site availability, maximizing SEO scores, and improving the sites' overall performance. We did not want to handle this project internally, so we decided to find a relevant partner to handle the task. The project was highly sensitive, and the professionalism and confidentiality

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We met Inomma during a business fair in Dubai. Our criteria for partner selection were: 1. Proven track record in similar tasks 2. Understanding of business goals 3. Capability to work within a strict timeline and budget It appeared that Inomma could be a good fit for our project, so we've decided to ask for a proposal.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After our first discussion with Inomma, we had a discovery meeting to properly explain our goals and constraints. Inomma proceeded with a detailed offer, including a methodology, the technologies used, the roles involved, and the operating model. Inomma offered to migrate the portals using React and various libraries to facilitate the management of the portals.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact, the team involved varied from 5 to 10 people during the different stages of the project. Roles included frontend engineers, designers, and QA professionals.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw a massive performance increase (in terms of page load time), and the backlog of user issues and support workload dropped significantly. The initial goal was exceeded, has the migration also improved the quality of the portals, and reduced its management workload.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Inomma has a set of tools in place (Jira, Slack,...) but also offered to use our own tools if needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their professionalism and result-oriented mindset, and the proactive communication. Inomma properly raised unexpected issues and immediately proposed relevant solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would like to work more in the future for other needs with different technologies.

I’m the founder and CEO of Shadow.is, a startup that released a mobile app that allows users to send each other photos and messages anonymously.

What was your goal for working with Inomma?

Once we had the concept for the app, we needed a team to build it. So, we partnered with Inomma to help us design, develop, and launch the iOS app.

Inomma was involved in the whole development process. They built the database for the app as well as the front end and the back-end of the iOS app itself.

Can you give a sense of the size of the initiative in dollar terms or a personnel work-hour figure?

The size of the project was in the $10,000 to $50,000 price range.

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?

We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our users. Since our launch, there have been several high quality reviews. Users really like the design and the user-friendly aspect of this app.

Is there anything unique or special about Inomma that really makes them stand out compared to other business partners?

The Inomma team understood our concept right away. They knew what we were trying to achieve with the app, which made the whole development process easy. They were great at communicating clearly and accurately. Inomma also paid great attention to detail and met all of our deadlines. We couldn’t be happier with our partnership with Inomma. 

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

No. I really can’t think of anything. We had a great partnership with Inomma. Everything went according to plan, and we got great results from it.

I am the Co-founder of a startup that built a singular Social Media mobile application.

What was your goal for working with Inomma?

Being a startup, we needed to partner a firm that would help us develop the app from start to finish. We wanted to partner with a firm that would help us in every stage of the process, from creating the concept to developing and releasing the app on the app store. That’s why we chose to partner with Inomma.

Please describe the scope of their work.

Inomma helped us from start to finish of the mobile app development process. We started working with them in the design phase. We were pretty confident in the features and the look that we wanted to include in the app, but we weren’t sure on how to do it. That’s where we needed Inomma’s expertise on app development. Inomma gave us feedback on our original concept and built the entire back end and front end of the app.

What was your process for selecting Inomma to work with?

We researched vendors and mobile app development companies. Inomma was the right choice for us.

Can you give a sense of the size of the initiative in dollar terms or a personnel work hour figure?

The size of the project was in the $50,000 to $200,000 price range.

Are you satisfied with their performance?

I am very satisfied with Inomma’s performance. They hit every milestone that we set for them, in terms of timeline and budget. We are really impressed with their reliability.

Is there anything unique or special about Inomma that really makes them stand out compared to other business partners?

I think the fact that they were on time and on budget as much as they were is rare in our line of work. Our business partners oftentimes push deadlines back or try to increase the budget set at the beginning of our projects. That’s something that we didn’t experience with Inomma. It was quite refreshing.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or that you might do differently?

I can’t think of anything that we would have done differently. The Inomma team was very honest and straightforward as far as describing the services that they provide and the services that they don’t provide. They gave us the option to hire out for a few specific aspects of the project, but we can’t fault them for anything like that. We were aware of that from the beginning.
