The numbers were much better than what we had before. We passed 50,000 downloads in the first six months and revenue went up by 89%. The biggest change, though, was seeing people actually use the app regularly. We started seeing more content being posted and more conversations happening inside the app.

The web app had two main users in mind. First was our internal team who needed a dashboard to upload exhibit plans, artist bios, artwork, samples and venue availability. The second was for curators who could browse available shows, see artwork previews and request bookings.
The app included calendar tools, a file upload section for artists and status tracking for each exhibit request. Innovix Code also added a secure space where we could store legal documents like loan agreements and condition reports.
Later we asked for a visual map of all confirmed exhibits with timelines and venue details. They added this featured in the final phase which helped with our marketing planning.

Before the app, we handled show logistics with spreadsheets and email threads which caused delays. After the launch, exhibit confirmations became faster and fewer mistakes were reported during handoffs.
The map view helped our planning team spot gaps in our calendar and book efficiently. We also saw more engagement from new curators who said the platforms made it easier to understand what we offer.
