The results we can measure from our work with Innovatrix Infotech show how well the new website for us is doing:

• Fewer people left the site right away—25% fewer—which tells us that visitors like what they see and spend more time looking at our products.

While our experience with Innovatrix Infotech was fantastic, a couple of minor improvements could enhance the process. Early on, more frequent proactive updates would have kept us even more engaged. Additionally, offering a few more initial design mockups could have provided a broader range of creative options before finalizing the site’s look. Overall, these are small tweaks to an otherwise highly professional and successful project.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Being a core believer in the science of astrology, I always wanted to create an app that helped me with the same. After talking and consulting with multiple vendors, I finally landed on Innovatrix Infotech. I spoke with them and told them about my vision. The owner seemed quite enthusiastic and confident and also gave me ideas to separate the business from the currently existing platforms. The key deliverables were:

• UI/UX of the app
• Real time communication between the client and the partners
• E-Commerce for shopping of products related to astrology
• Astrology services that included both Indian and Western Astrology
• Horoscope, Kundali, Match making, Love compatibility, Compass with Vastu etc. are only some of the features that they are providing.
• Payment gateway integration
• Slot booking features
• Auth and OAuth
• Other minor features
• Some consultation regarding the business needs and how certain things can be done in a better way

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The success would look like low latency and highly scalable system, which they have delivered on so far. The project is already in beta stage in spite of it being only 2 and half months since the beginning of the project. The calls should have been clear, the chats should be with low latency, also, the app should work even in low network so the compression should be good. There should be no gaping security issues and no dropped frames and a 100% crash free rate on the mobile side.

I am very glad to say that there are very few people who go the extra mile and the team and especially the owner on Innovatrix Infotech is definitely amongst people who go the extra mile. There have been days when I have called the owner at 11 and 12 in the night and he has responded and resolved my issues and queries without any complaint.

The team at large is quick to respond and I most glad to say that they do the maintenance with diligence as well, there will never be a time when you would have to wait for their response for a very long time. I can say this with confidence because this is my second project with them and I know that the teams core values is honesty and client satisfaction. They will be extremely transparent with you no matter what.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As mentioned previously, their transparency, honesty and involvement is something I am deeply impressed with. No doubt that they are very good at what they do, but no amount of talent can beat the core values on which a company operates.They are a bunch of amazing developers, and they take up ownership of their work. The owner is so involved, that he gives me suggestions on what can be improved and done differently as well.

I don't think that there is anything like that in the moment.
