I’m the CEO of Care Bloom, a healthcare company. We help family caregivers monitor loved ones’ health, safety, and daily activities. Our solution enables seniors to safely age in place while offering caregivers real-time updates and peace of mind.

What challenge were you trying to address with Innovative Owl Technology?

We needed help creating a cloud platform and mobile app that syncs with hardware and firmware. We required a robust and complex tech architecture.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Innovative Owl has been responsible for building the data base, cloud, web dashboards and mobile apps.

We found them through a recommendation from a previous client. We chose them because they had the most comprehensive ability, and the owner and their developers were beyond knowledgeable and responsive.

We started working together when they opened, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a completed product that’s on the market. The product has satisfied customers and is making caregiving easier. It’s a solid product with a smooth user experience.

Innovative Owl Technology’s project management is superb. They communicate regularly, deliver on time, and respond quickly to bugs. We communicate through weekly calls and emails.
