BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm Co-Founder of an eLearning startup. We're based in Ukraine. We think that it's time to challenge the industry and change it.

For what projects/services did your company hire Innovations for Business?

We've started from a competitors and target audience analysis and now designing and prototyping the application itself. For the moment we're completing a Discovery stage. After it we will be working on the development of a 1st version. Then plan to look for investments together with the Innovations for Business team and build the entire product.

How did you select this vendor?

We knew these guys for some time before starting the collaboration and the main point for us was their passion and how they do like what they do.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We're creating a simple, but powerful online platform for everyone to get knowledge in different domains and learn others on this platform with their own courses. Our main aim is to bring education closer to those who need it, but can't afford it because of the distances or financial situation. Our target competitors are the best in the class and they are - classcentral.com and masterclass.com

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We already have a prototype in Figma and team is still working on polishing it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Approaches and practices guys were using is pretty interesting, predictable and some of them unique or not standart for the industry. That helps to safe time and money as a result. The communication was clear and on time. We didn't have any delays in delivery or implementation of changes we asked for. As I know the team was working with a couple of projects simultaneously, but it wasn't affect somehow the progress and speed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

IFB team was using interesting practices while working on the prototype and we had clickable user flow diagram that was connected to the pages and this helped us to see the issues in the flows and make the prototype in a better way. It was not standart approach and it was the first time I saw such a practice and it worked perfectly for us. Thanks the team and Serhii especially.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It's hard for me to talk about improvements for IFB team. I don't think I can ask for any improvements from them since I can't find anything I can do better.
