Cargo is a driver training center, offering the opportunity to earn a driver's license for various vehicles. We cooperate with other training centers, providing consulting, courses and access to our e-Cargo e-learning platform. As the only driver training center in Silesia, we have a skidpad where we organize driving improvement courses. We also have a web application, OSK Manager, which allows you to manage people and places in the training center.

• Taking over developers’ work from our in-house team. 
• Advanced development work on driver training center web applications carried out by a scalable project team. 
• Development and maintenance of the e-Cargo e-learning platform, implementation of Sign qualified signature, and construction of a separate microservice integrated with PKZ. 
• Taking care of the OSK Manager desktop application and creating a microservice integrated with PKK from scratch. 
• Began cooperation with minor programming work, creation of code documentation, introduction of regular testing and catching up with technology debt.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Innovation Software took care of our company's software. They implemented a code repository, project documentation and process automation. They implemented CI/CD, code review process and regression testing as a permanent feature for deploying tasks to production. They built two separate microservices, integrated with PKK, PKZ and Simply Sign. 

The new software runs separately from the existing OSK Manager and e-Cargo, allowing changes to be made instantly, without burdening the main web applications. The work was carried out by a scalable project team, allowing additional programmers to join the team when needed to complete tasks faster.

All work was carried out on time. Innovation Software proposed solutions that would best realize our needs and problems. When deciding to outsource developers, a Project Manager and TechLead were also assigned to the team to help organize the work and make key decisions.
