I’m an illustrator and an author. I publish children’s books.

For what projects/services did your company hire Innovation With Pixels?

As an artist, I needed a website which could possible outlay all my skills and projects in an aesthetic and visually pleasing fashion. The team worked creatively and delivered a wonderful webiste at a short span of time. Later on, I needed an e-commerce feature in my website and they updated it no time. Highly skilled and professional and ready to make any changes at an eleventh hour.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched for web designers who could understand and know exactly what I wanted. After reviewing other proposals I chose Innovation with pixels for its affordable prices and quality work.

After providing them with the necessary details, design concepts and color scheme. They made sure every point was noted and delivered the work keeping all the necessary requirements fulfilled. Later on, we discussed about adding an e-commerce option with different products and they added that for my website with a bit of design changes as well.They’re efficient in their work and also open to your design ideas and revise their work according to your requirements.

In total 2 people worked with me including Arfat S. - The Web Designer and Hammad S. - The Project Manager

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The overlook of the website was very attractive and it was user friendly. I continue to hear positive feedback for the design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and the web designer had designed the site as per my requirements. Always willing to update and fequently update the site for any changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate the knowledge they had about web design, payment settings and optimization. I regard their patience and thoughtful ideas throughout the process. My experience in working with Innovation With Pixels had been quite optimistic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement but so far they have done exactly what I wanted.
