I found Nayaab as a freelancer on UpWork. I contracted him to do a utility site in Python with a 2 week deadline. Nayaab not only delivered complete capabilities of the site in time but also provided a build script that would do auto-builds. The source was neatly checked into Github (private) repository. 

Being impressed, I've engaged Nayaab and his team now perpetually to handle the full backend work. There is good trust between us, especially considering, his keeness to provide his 2 cents. This, I personally value dearly as I believe it fosters the way to provide sound strategic decisions surrounding technology. All this is further sweetened by him being available for quick chat and unplanned calls.

Nayaan said to me once that he wants to create a botique software development firm, and I think he has truely achieved it by the level of interaction and support provided by him.

The exepriences is unmatched based upon other pieces of work I have contracted other teams to do. If I must put down an improvement that'd be in delivering show cases regularly.
