For what projects/services did your company hire INNOKREA, and what were your goals?

SYMFONIA was planning to perform charity auctions in December last year (before Christmas time). Additionally, we were expecting to have a tool for dedicated auctions within our company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did a market research and we found out that ready-to-go product offered by INNOKREA will fit the best to our expectations. Our key deciding factor was time-to-market – INNOKREA was able to deploy the solution during a few days after signing our agreement.

The technologies they used were not important for us. What was important that they were working very efficient. Two calls and e-mail communication with the team was significant to clarify everything and build an action plan.

INNOKREA provided a dedicated team for the project. I had a contact with project manager who was informing me about status and progress. All my issues were aggressed very fast and deployed on the production environment with great attention.

Thanks to INNOKREA's engagement, we were able to start charity auctions on time. Our employees and vendors were excited using their solution.

Their project management was ingenious. All their processes are very well defined and working. INNOKREA is always open for feedback and accommodate our requests to realisation. Communication, mainly performed via phone and e-mail was very fast and fantastic.

I was impressed by their engagement during the challenging project. They demonstrated a real professional approach to achieving the business goals of our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really can't say any bad word about INNOKREA. I wish there were other companies like INNOKREA.

POLECZKA BOUTIQUE is a stationary store located in Gdansk/Poland with women's fashion. As part of my development strategy, I also decided to launch a modern online store.

My goal was to create a very modern webshop (with option in the future to implement easily a mobile app).

From the beginning of the project, I did not want to use ready-made templates for my online store. I wanted something unique and tailored. I came across the INNOKREA company and their unique offer - the auction system they are developing. I also decided to prepare my e- shop based on their experience.

At the beginning of the project, we agreed on the concept of the solution, indicated my requirements, and INNOKREA translated them into a project plan that was consistently implemented. I didn't have to worry about technological issues, because INNOKREA did it for me. I know that they used modern technologies to implement the project: Python and React.

INNOKREA has prepared a dedicated team for the implementation of the project. There was a project manager who kept me informed about the progress and agreed the details. Apart from him, 3 programmers worked there.

The key success indicator for me was the timely launch of my online store. Thanks to INNOKREA's commitment, I am able to expand the group of my clients (additional sales channel).

Their project management was fantastic — the company and its services are very well organized. Additionally, they listen to me and accommodate our requests to shift their focus on important tasks. Communication, mainly conducted via phone & Teams was smooth and I had no issues

I’m impressed by their enthusiasm expressed during the creation of my webshop. They demonstrated real engagement to achieve assumed goals of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really can't criticize INNOKREA in any way because they meet my expectations. Whatever I wanted to do on my webshop, they've always managed to do it and do it well. I wish other companies were like INNOKREA.
