Santander Bank has decided to introduce an integrated internal sales process on the Silentclicks.com platform. In response to the business needs of Santander, INNOKREA has implemented a dedicated auction platform to establish a new sales channel for its employees, through which it was possible to effectively sell used and depreciated but still valuable electronic products that were no longer needed in the company. The system was prepared with the use of modern IT technologies such as React.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

INNOKREA delivered a solution of good quality, seamlessly integrated with our REMEDY system, enabling the implementation of internal sales in Santander. This helped to avoid the unnecessary cost of disposing of depreciated computer equipment, generate additional revenue from the disposal of unnecessary equipment and strengthen employee satisfaction with bargain purchases of high-value equipment. 

The internal sales also support the idea of sustainable development (ESG) – it allows for extending the life cycle of electronic equipment, which reduces the generation of waste and reduces the impact on the natural environment. Introduced platform supports Bank's ESG strategy

INNOKREA delivered a complete internal auctions system enabling sale of used equipment among staff members. 

The system is integrated with corporate SSO and security stack to enable seamless access, and allows creation, management, and execution of hundreds of offerings in parallel using various auction modes (classic, English, Buy It Now, etc.). It is complete with an operator's interface allowing management of auctions at scale, and a streamlined end user interface allowing easy browsing and purchase.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• An innovative and cost-effective solution which enabled Lingaro to avoid cost and environmental impact of disposing depreciated computer equipment, while also allowing generation of additional revenue (over 50k USD to date). 
• Positive feedback of many staff members highlighting drastic improvement over past solutions used for this process (Excel sheets, etc.).

Shabodi has asked INNOKREA to enable together with us seamless telehealth with “Network-Aware Surgery.” Built on the Shabodi Application Enablement Platform, INNOKREA was asked to create a network-aware application that enhances remote doctor mentoring during surgical procedures. The collaboration leverages Shabodi’s Application Enablement Platform (AEP) with INNOKREA’s specialized IT solutions to ensure flawless communication during surgeries. Here’s how it unfolds: 

1. Scheduling the Surgery: INNOKREA’s Calendar Application schedules a surgery, invoking Shabodi’s AEP to guarantee the necessary network resources for remote mentoring from medical experts to surgeons live during the surgery. 
2. Before the Surgery: The video stream operates at the best effort, using the network like any other application. 
3. During the Surgery: Shabodi AEP reallocates network resources to ensure appropriate Quality of Service (QoS) parameters. This guarantees real-time interactions, flawless communication, and buffer-free mentoring from a remote expert to the surgeon. 
4. After the Surgery: Shabodi’s AEP restores the network to “best effort mode,” returning the original settings to the operating room. Ultimately, this process enables a stable video connection throughout the surgery, allowing for uninterrupted remote mentoring, a vital aspect of modern surgical practices.

INNOKREA provided on-time & in-budget high quality solution fully integrated with our Application Enablement Platform (AEP). We were able to demonstrate practical scenario for usage of our platform by an external application. All our business goals were achieved due the fact.

FIXFM created a platform that redefines the implementation of emergency interventions and repairing faults. They automated interactions between clients and professionals so that each party can focus on their most important tasks and plans. FIXFM faced a challenge of changing their technology partner.

FIXFM was looking for a partner who would provide appropriate technical competences for further development and maintenance of the application. We were looking for experience in, among others, Python and React technologies. In cooperation with INNOKREA, a transition plan was built for our comprehensive support.

At the beginning of our co-operation, together with INNOKREA, we defined the transition phase and our business goals. We agreed on our key requirements and expectations. INNOKREA phased involvements of their experts to achieve better results. At the final stage of the transition phase, they were ale to fully support us in software development and support for the whole solution (incl. AWS/DevOps services).

In a very short time, INNOKREA took over the overall support and development of our mobile and web applications. Thanks to the implementation of this project, we optimized the costs of maintaining and developing the application. At the same time, it guaranteed us a stable partner for technological cooperation.

The transition phase was really well defined and thoroughly analysed. We had a number of fruitful discussions and workshops. We communicated regularly through MS Teams and Slack. We investigated our Polish market to find an almost ready-to-go solution. Our expectation was to have a fancy, well-designed tool for employees of our key client. We interviewed a number of potential vendors and INNOKREA proposed the best proposal for us.

INNOKREA was responsible for the whole technical part of the project. They were co-operating with our project manager. They used React and Python/Django technologies for the project. The tool was integrated with external source of information about collected points by users and the integration allowed to update on a daily basis current value of the points.

INNOKREA’s work was co-ordinated on their side by their IT project manager. Within the team there were also fronted and backend developers. The project fluctuated between 4-6 team members.

Our additional expectation for the project, was also a deployment provided as soon as possible. INNOKREA created the tool in a very fast way. Users received a nice-designed application which was very intuitive and easy to use.

The key outcome is that, we were able to provide for production the mobile app on-time with expected features for our client. Our client gained a tool which allowed them to instal and program about 500 beacons in a very smooth way.

The co-operation was very professional. INNOKREA uses modern tools for their projects (Teams, JIRA, Slack, Confluence). Their internal processes were supporting the whole project. It really makes the difference. For the project, we had only 2 months and they handled it very good. They provided the working app with expected quality and on time.

If I had another project, I would directly start it with INNOKREA and not look for other providers. I'm really impressed with the support they gave us.
