I’m the admin for a chemistry and biology study website. It's meant for students who study biology and chemistry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Innoenhance?

I was trying to edit my SEO because I didn't know how to solve it online with Wix. Innoenhance helped me to revamp my website and update my SEO for a few months.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I helped with the keyword research, and then Innoenhance chose at least 10 of the keywords that I’d picked to make the website rank at the top of the Google searches.

They revamped my website and edited the layout. Afterwards, I just added a few pages on the sample notes and the home page. They also updated meta tags and linked my payments to PayPal. Basically, they revamped my whole website and took it to a professional level.

What is the team composition?

I'm pretty sure four people from Innoenhance were working on my website, but I don't know who or how many people were working behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with Innoenhance?

I was in the middle of editing my website, but I didn't know how to do it at all. This was the first time I've ever gotten involved in anything like this. I went to Wix and wanted to get my SEO up on Google. I saw an ad to hire a professional on Wix and clicked on it. Then, I think I got a phone call from Innoenhance. They helped me process my application and revamp my website. The next month, I was slanted to edit it.

How much have you invested with them?

It was around €307 (approximately $365 USD) for the web design and at least €110 (approximately $131 USD) for the SEO. In total, I think it was €440 (approximately $524 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Innoenhance earlier this year, around January. The project wrapped up in April 2021, but I'm hoping to start again in September with SEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I've noticed that the views have gone up on my videos, and the website analytics and my ranking have improved. If I search up chemistry and biology, it's the first thing that I see on Google. I've also noticed more search sessions daily.

How did Innoenhance perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed quite well. We didn't really have a proper deadline, but they said that they would have an SEO update in a month. I was given feedback monthly as well. In that sense, I think they did quite well with deadlines.

We communicated through emails or the Innoenhance group chat, which is on their website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think the most impressive thing about Innoenhance was how organized they were and how they kept up their working standards. Moreover, they made suggestions and seeked my input on any work they did. They didn’t put up something random there and expected me to like it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they could improve on. I thought their services were really good. They kept me posted and included me in everything. I don't feel like it's only my website anymore.

Any advice for potential customers?

Speak to someone from Innoenhance who understands the situation. For example, I was new to web designing, and I’m still a bit hesitant about it. Therefore, I did seek opinion from them, and they provided information to me.

Another piece of advice that I'd actually give is to plan carefully and give a lot of suggestions to them. They’ll help you with your website rather than doing the work for you.
