We are a web design and hosting firm in Maryland and work closely and personally with many clients that expect great customer services and modern design. I am the owner of EKDesigns.com and have been in business for over 22 years.

For what projects/services did your company hire Innodel Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?

Web development in WordPress is my main partnership with Innodel Technolgies and they provide us with great customer service and professional but quick turn around time on all of our projects. They are also there to help with problem solving and help guide us in the right direction the first time.

Modern and easy to manage web designs for many clients

How did you select this vendor?

We have been partners for over 2 years now and found each other over the internet. They were at one time 1 many freelancers we have used but have become out only freelance company that we collaborate with at this time.

Design and development new website designs. Transferring all older data over to the new design and test and migrate items in each project.

What was the team composition?

The team usually consists of several developers depending on the projects needs however, I communicate with the main project manager for Innodel and Always seem to get my needs across which he shares with the team. They are all always available to me, should I need them.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Their work has allowed me to personally give my clients great customer service and be the sales person and lead on all of my projects, know that Innodel is working on all current project I have in the background. Very great peace of mind!

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We meet on the internet but I review several of their current projects at that time and we speak by email, phone, and Skype many times to really see and go over projects. Makes live to much easier in the design world and they always provide very fast services too.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their work ethics are very much in line with mine and works so seamlessly as a team that I have always felt as if they are listen and taking care of my business needs. Very Professional!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Actually not at this time, our goal would be to work on more projects together in the coming year so I can expand my services as well. I will continue to work with the great staff at Innodel Technologies.
