I’m the CEO and founder of a tax compliance software firm. We develop software that helps our clients manage government notifications from the US and abroad.

I needed an outsourced solution for development resources.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I use Infynno Solutions as an offshoot of my development team. They do full-stack development using React, Node.js, and MySQL. We’re also using Microservices,

Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub, all on AWS. Additionally, they help us with UI. They helped me develop a brand new system based on the system that I already had for 13 years.

I’ve got two full-stack lead developers and one that’s a full stack developer and a project manager.

We started working together in November 2020, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their quality of work is really great, and I get awesome feedback from our current users. Everyone is very impressed with the functionality and the usability.

How did Infynno Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They do very well. The team keeps things organized and makes sure we stay on top of our development timelines. We use Skype for our discussions and Jira for our ticketing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their accessibility stands out. When I need to get a hold of the team and work on something, they’re flexible and there for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have better tracking software or a better setup process to get everything under control.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you know what you want. Ensure that it’s documented. I had a plan coming in already but I needed the resources to help me execute that plan. For me, it worked out great.

I have been working with Infynno Solutions LLP for the more than 2 years. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness and their technical expertise. These have been the deciding factors in choosing them.

We provided the team with the set of requirements. We had a kick off meeting and following that, the team at Infynno Solutions LLP went away and implemented the required functionality. we have daily stand ups to check the progress, demo the features if applicable and provide any clarification.

A technical architect and a developer were working with us on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After deploying the changes to production, there was a huge improvement to the speed, page load speed was decreased from 15-20sec to 1 - 2sec.

We had daily stand ups to gauge project deliverables and if there was any delays in the timelines, it was communicated promptly.

Vendor is flexible in incorporating dynamic requirement. Friendly behavior. Technically they deliver what is required.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After development of the applications. We have good grip on project monitoring / billing and estimating for future work.

They keep track of changes and inform us about them on time. Coordinator took all approval with sketches and primary draft, so with minimum changes final goal is achieved.

We had some minor requirement after distributing this app to our staff. This requirement was swiftly handled by team.

Our requirement was fully satisfied. So no comment.
