Together with infoventive technologies, I was able to create a scope of work that precisely captures Reelvo's initial idea. It is not the easiest MVP to create because it is a very unique app with no direct competitors on the market at the moment. The application includes features of:

Timed release of a video
Taking videos

The main content feed
formation of groups
Profiles of users
The group reels feature, which allows you and your friends to compile your weekly experiences into a single, coherent story that highlights everyone's viewpoints, is the most noteworthy feature. Until a certain timeframe goes off, no one can see what has been contributed to the group. I received a comprehensive anticipated timetable from infoventive Technologies that included details on the design, development, and performance/beta testing phases.

We've devoted a lot of effort on design, which is crucial to me when I consider how I want a user to perceive my work. I am the Co-Founder of Realestatewalas Pvt Ltd, a Mumbai based Real Estate Company providing a marketing platform to the real estate industry here in India. It will easily connect the home buyers and sellers.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

We were at the signing stage with a company to develop the app. Sorting out the final details, we found out that some of the costs included that were never discussed which put the project cost way our of our budget.

A quick search once again for the best app development company in India, through out Infoventive Technologies. We made contact with them through their website and almost immediately a call was scheduled to go over the requirement of the app and for quotation which fit right into our budget.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

The goals for our app is total disruption. We are not first to market, thus need to be the best to create an immediate impact to establish our position in Indian Market.

Our goal was not only developing a beautiful app but a user-friendly platform which with next stages of feature add-ons be a one stop shop for real estate buyers and sellers. Infoventive Technologies is busy putting us in the strongest possible position to reach our set goals.

What is the team composition? 

Initially a Sales Representative with a Business Analyst was connected to us. Once everything was finalized then a development team and project manager were assigned to our project. Project Manager was the mostly contacted person for any kind of discussion and reports.

The main advantage with Infoventive was that the Founder was coped in every communication from the beginning. He was aware about every stage of the project and that makes us more comfortable working with them.

As I’ve mentioned, we did some good research for the best app development company in India and fortunately find Infoventive Technologies. We made contact with them through their website and connected with them.

We had a budget of around $100,000 but due to some additional changes and addons the final project was done around $135,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve hired Infoventive Technologies for the development of our Realestate App. Our project was a bit complex and we needed the experience of a company like Infoventive Technologies that has developed thousands of apps and has a team dedicated to your project.

They have assigned a dedicated team to our project as well. We were having a Project Manager, Business Analyst, iOS Developer, Android Developer, Quality Manager, etc.

Our app is well grown now and have lot of users on platform. It clearly shows us that we are on right track. With the video demonstration of the app and its progress, can without a doubt say that we couldn’t have made a better decision on choosing Infoventive Technologies for the development of our app as the current results are better than expected.

Their communication was perfectly clear. We proceeded one step at a time, dividing development into phases and testing the results after each update on the beta version.

The reason why Infoventive so successful is because of their professionalism towards each project. They tailored a service that was unique to our needs and circumstances that would ensure us to reach our goals. They found a way to accommodated by drawing up a payment schedule that coincides with when funds are being released by our investors.

We were planning to develop a car pool app which will help users to spend less on transportation. Usually the cab companies charges a lot by mentioning fixed charges and all whereas there is nothing such kind of fixed cost under our concept. As per our research there are lot of people who will be interested in such kind of service.

I've contacted many app developers. Infoventive ended up at the top of many of my searches, so I sent them a message. They responded really professionally, and they were inexpensive in comparison to others. I sent a really open inquiry to different companies. The other companies were talking about big plans, and they came back to me within 2–3 days with a really good proposal.

As I mentioned earlier in above fields, that this was a Car Pooling mobile application. After hiring the developer, they have freezed the scope of work with us. After couple of weeks, we go the app designs and other designs as well. Upon some iterations, we have closed the designs and then development started of modules one by one. This is how we worked with them. They gave us access of a Project management tool to review the status of work and send them regular feedbacks. Overall it was nice experience with them.

There were Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Android & iOS Developer and at last QA person was engaged on our project.

After launching the application and doing some marketing, we got a good response from customers. Users started downloading the application. We got many inquiries from users to attach their vehicles with our company. So far we haven't faced any issues with the application and the system we got from Infoventive. They were very supportive and assist us anytime.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was very nice. I have already mentioned that the Infoventive gave us access of a project management tool to review the status of work. Also we were in regular communication with the project manager. Overall we haven't faced any communication gaps with the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their documentation part was very solid, and they answered my messages and calls always on time. It feels that they are available 24x7.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As such there is nothing to say but still if I would have to mention then I would suggest them to increase the development speed. Because initially they gave around 3 months of time but final delivery was a month delay.

It was a multivendor platform where Sellers and Buyers can interact and associate with each other for the products. Sellers can create their accounts and add their products. Based on the sales, we charge a fixed commission from them. Buyers will get their orders on the mentioned delivery dates and times. They can completely track the orders as well.

Initially, web designers and web developers were associated with the project along with a Project Manager who was directly responsible for the reports and regular feedback. Later on, more Mobile App developers were associated with the project and so on.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a time frame of 4-5 months, we get the product which we were expecting with the same features we want. We were totally satisfied with the communication, quality, and delivery of the project. Even though we get reviews from some of our sellers and associated buyers that our overall user interface is good and easy to navigate and good user experience than earlier.

The responsible project manager was a good and quite knowledgeable person. We got proper reports and feedback from the team. They have used a tool as well to track the modules and development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Infoventive Technologies made great suggestions for improvement. I could tell they really grasped the concept. The team is really knowledgeable. The process as a whole was actually really smooth. I’m really happy. Whenever I asked for something new, they would make sure to include my requirements. They went above and beyond my expectations as far as providing functionality requirements to my app. It was just a really good experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don’t think so. They are young and enthusiastic and really flexible. I can’t think of any way to make the partnership better. I would highly recommend them to others.

We are completely satisfied with our app uptime rate of approximately 100%. We work at a rate of 100 million information bulbs a day. We are dazzled by the latest element on the backend and it is versatile.
