We had hired Infinity Tech solutions for overhauling our website to the bring it to the current design trends. Our website was created over 8 years ago and we hired to change the way the website looked and felt to a customer

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get the design to what was new, based on this we were looking for more traffic to our website and we wanted to also increase our sales based on this.

Infinity tech solutions was referred to us and we had seen some of their work which was done with relation to the industry we are in.

We had a website that needed overhauling, the team was contacted and we met with the team the net day and described our requirement.

The website draft was issued to us within 2 days and we had got the website running within a week after getting all the domain name, server requirement in place through Infinity Tech Solutions.

They handled everything end to end and we didn't need to even followup for anything. The team as very efficient.

There were 2 members - a project manager who was also our main point of contact and a developer working in the background

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once our website was up we saw a lot of traffic and bookings too had increased, the update in website made changes to the minds of the customer, they had a lot more pictures to access on the website and understand the property before booking. This increased our bookings and calls too

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a very effective communication, you can always pick up the phone and call them and they will surely answer and you will get your work done within 24 hours. The project manager is approachable and is able to understand the requirement. The team is very efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way they do their work, firstly on time and very effective communication. Second they were always on track with the new designs new requirements and these were communicated well in advance.

The team even knew the details of our industry and helped us in establishing a website similar to what is required to increase our sales. The knowledge by the project manager is excellent, he has an answer to nearly everything and they are very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We did not find any such area. However they provided us with an excellent service and altogether an excellent product which gave us a different standing in the market and was above par to our competitors.

They developed my website from scratch. We had an in-house designer. They strictly did the development. It took about a month to build. They continue to do annual maintenance of the website.

We had a challenge where the domain name was being held by someone else, and I appreciate their team because they know what they’re doing and are in contact with the customer. Their service is very good and they’ve always delivered on time.

How did Infinity Tech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I can just pick up the phone and let them know what I need. My point of contact is very efficient. We normally communicate over email. They always get back to me within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

For the issue with our domain name, they inform us on the process and let us know when we don’t need to follow up. I appreciate their continual contact.

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

They ensure that they’re always in touch with the customer.

I'm the manager of Simha Farms. We are a family run homestay located in Shimoga, Karnataka, India.

We were struggling to get any new customers. Our only source of customers was through 'word-of-mouth' marketing. When we connected with guys at Infinity Tech, they prepared a complete plan which would help us enhance our reputation and help us get more customers by gaining visibility across search engines through targeted Digital marketing.

We are really happy with the team at Infinity Tech. I would recommend their web and digital marketing services. They are a bunch of guys who put their heart and soul into the work they do.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We weren't happy with our existing vendor's services, as their team was not available for support whenever necessary. We got to know about Infinity Tech from one of our customers who had got a website done from these guys.

Our primary deciding factor was the professionalism these guys got to the table. They were very thorough in their work process, be it prepping a plan for website, doing market research; they did it all.

After our initial meeting with the Infinity Tech team where they gathered our requirements. They were very professional in their approach and very agile. They got the designs and wireframes right with very few iterations. They recommended us that WordPress would suit our needs and we have been using it since last 3+ years and are happy with the overall services.

A total of 4 people have been working on our projects. Team comprises of a project manager who acts as a SPOC. A developer, a designer and a digital marketing expert working behind the scenes

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After our new website was made live, we gained better visibility. Our existing customers loved our new website. And we doubled the profits for the initial period of launch of the website. We also appeared top of the ranking in Google for a selected set of keywords, this helped us increase our bookings.

We had a fixed schedule of connecting thrice a week for regular updates. They have their our in-house portal to manage the tracking of projects, which helps in more transparency. They delivered all the deliverables as per initially decided schedule, rarely missing it. They have missed 1 or 2 deadlines in the span of 3+ years that we have been working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very professional, creative and worked with a lot of patience with us. They owned they entire project as their own and delivered what was required by us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Email marketing for our events wasn't up to the mark they have set themselves. Their team was quick enough to understand that their efforts weren't enough and helped us by launching a Social media marketing campaign, which was mildly successful.
