It was designed as a comprehensive source of information available on a single platform, anytime and anywhere, with diverse forms of presentation. The materials have been developed by top researchers in their fields.

Signing up with Adamed Expert offers a range of advantages: objective and substantive evidence-based content, valid guidelines by Polish and foreign scientific societies, practical tips concerning therapies and treatment algorithms, resources by outstanding experts and practitioners of medicine. The first step Infiity Group proposed was to run a comprehensive Discovery process. It took a form of five workshops and was very helpfull for all stakeholders of the project as they were able to provide their input early in the project and also understand the restrictions. The Infinity Group team led us through the full process, as a result of which the following were created: list of product features, website structure, system architecture, technology stack, detailed project plan and milestones.

Based on that the project team moved to the Solution Design phase where Infinity Group prepared UX concept, prototype, and interface graphical design. Infinity Group was also responsible for production phase meaning the code development, integrations and implementation based on the Kentico platform. On top of that Infinity Group delivered project management throughout the whole project and finally quality assurance.

It was very satisfying. Infinity Group created project colaboration space based on Jira and Confluence which lead to very efficient and transparent communication and effective project management on both sides. The project was run in accordance with SCRUM approach. On top of that the Infinity Group team provided transparent information regarding tasks performed and time estimates.

This meant that at every stage of the project we were very well informed about the progress of work, plans, but also about the challenges that occurred during the implementation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Understanding the context and in-depth analysis of the project, also taking into account aspects beyond technology. Infinity Group's technical knowledge and practical implementation experience were definitely above average. The implementation of the project lasted almost a year, therefore, apart from technical competences, it was important to manage the project at the highest level and with clear communication. We also appreciate the ability to communicate and solve problems and challenges that arose in the project.

Infinity Group should be more flexible in its approach to changes and dedicate more developer resources to complete the project in a shorter time.

Membership in the ZBP is voluntary and open for all banks created under the Polish law as well as for foreign credit institutions branches operating in the Republic of Poland.

For what projects/services did your company hire Infinity Group, and what were your goals?

We hire Infinity Group to build a modern, user-friendly website, adapted for use on mobile devices and desktop computers, with a wide range of content, but with a very light structure and architecture. The site should be well secured and have a good search engine due to the amount of existing content.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had positive experience with Infinity Group on previous implementations of our webservices. For several years of cooperation, we decided that it will be a proven and trustworthy partner for us in taking up new challenges in the online area.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The main challenge was the revitalization of the Polish Union Bank website. The old webservice had an exaggerated and a difficult to navigate structure. We needed to change it into a modern, responsive platform, compliant with WCAG 2.0 guidelines. Our main goals to achieve were:

• A new light and elegant layout, which makes easier to use the website
• The search engine module which supports quick access to the content
• A sufficient number of modules created in the Kentico CMS System, which allows for a more flexible approach to the presentation of the content

The project has been divided into phases:

1. Pre-implementation analysis: identification and analysis of requirements, developing a method of implementing individual requirements and concepts
2. Development of the concept of the solution: technical, functional and graphic design
3. Preparation of the development: testing, training and production environments
4. Development of the user interface: preparation of HTML templates and application elements
5. Implementation of the prepared elements of the project: implementation of HTML templates, launching new software; creating a content importer
6. Supplying the website with the target content: automatic import and complementary manual work when migrating the content
7. Final solution tests: performance, security, UAT

According to the employees of our organization and website users, the way of using the website has significantly improved on mobile devices. Navigation and access to the content have been simplified and made more transparent

Communication took place mainly at the level of the Project Coordinator from the Polish Bank Association and PM from the Infinity Group. At this level, the current progress of work, corrections, and the flow of materials and information were established. For us it was a great help, because it simplified cooperation and saved our time. We could focus on the most important strategic decisions without being overburdened with minor issues from the agency. When it comes to tools, JIRA was the primary one.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A very professional approach to the project, where the determinant of its success was not only the achievement of the set goals, but also the quality of the final product. Very valuable was assistance and support at every stage of the project. We treated this company as a trusted partner you can rely on.
