I’m an executive at a music company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Infikey Technologies?

We needed someone to develop our website and mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our Android music app as well as our website. We provided Infikey Technologies with wireframes before they started their development process. They already completed the mobile app and website, and they’re now focused on implementing changes on our platforms.

They’re also spearheading our PPC and SEO efforts. Currently, I work closely with their team on keyword research. They’ve also proposed social media marketing services where they’ll do the postings for us, but we haven’t decided on that yet.

What is the team composition?

Since they’re a new company and due to the effects of COVID-19, they only have 10–15 people. As a result, we’ve only been in contact with three people from Infikey Technologies, including their CEO, main developer, and digital marketing lead. 

How did you come to work with Infikey Technologies?

I was searching for a website development company in India, and I found Infikey Technologies’ Google ad. I also requested many companies for a quotation on our web development and mobile app development project.

In the end, Infikey Technologies’ quotation was reasonable, and they offered great services such as continued maintenance after development. We also saw that their third-party clients were 100% happy with them. On top of that, their owner was one of the top experts when it comes to cybersecurity and AWS services in India. He was also very friendly and humble. Above all, they could provide 24/7 services. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Infikey Technologies is cooperative and humble. On top of that, they provide good services. Thanks to them, our website is running well, and it’s fast, flexible, and mobile-friendly. Moreover, the reviews that we’ve received for our app on Google Play Store have been positive.

None of our users have complained about our mobile app or website. In fact, our end users enjoy the music portal the team has created. We also appreciate that they’re quick to change or fix any technical issues on our platforms. Overall, we have a good experience working with them and if we have future projects, we’ll surely partner with Infikey Technologies.

How did Infikey Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

My boss often communicates with their team through phone calls and email. I only call them when my boss isn’t available. Their team is very friendly, and I can reach out to them if we have problems. Whenever I ask them questions related to our app, they always respond. Moreover, in case we need changes done, they complete them within 2–3 hours. Overall, they deliver what they promise.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed that they always quickly respond to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any suggestions on areas they can improve since we haven’t experienced any challenges.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with Infikey Technologies if you’re looking to develop your website or Android and iOS app. Their main expertise is AWS cloud services, but they’re also well-versed in tech stack such as Flutter, React Native, and Node.js. Their team can also provide digital marketing services.
