For the branding package requirements, we worked via a messaging app with the owner of the business. A team member later provided the deliverables and some additional helpful information.

As we have not launched our new branding style yet, there is no external outcome yet. However, the MindKaizen team loves the design provided by Infibrain, which contributes to our motivation.

We worked on an agile based approach. Communication was through a messaging app. Their response time is almost immediate. They were always ahead of their promised schedule. We agreed to an extension of the project deadline as we had additional requests. They also tried to accommodate our request for partial delivery.

Their quick response and understanding of true Customer Value.

Nothing comes to my mind. We have actually engaged them to develop our website next.

They were able to meet 95% of our project goals.

They stayed within budget but didn’t meet our deadline due to various factors. For instance, there was a language barrier, and their team didn’t always understand what we were trying to say. As a result, our supposedly three-month project became six months, which was fine with us. We interacted via Skype and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP was very professional and knowledgeable — it felt like nothing was impossible for them. Moreover, their work ethic was fantastic, and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. At one point, we had to change servers, and their team told us exactly what the requirements were for our internet service provider.

We were trying to sort out a mobile application that could help us manage the tutoring booking process — ease the scheduling, manage payments, and other tasks.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP developed a mobile app for iOS and Android; they used Flutter on the frontend and .NET on the backend. Initially, we provided a detailed brief and a basic wireframe, but they designed and developed the mobile app from scratch.

They created different interfaces for parents, students, and tutors; tutors can upload their availability, and then parents and students can book them according to that. The mobile app features an admin panel where users can check all bookings, each customer's financial ledgers, and so forth. There's also a parent-student linking feature; parents can link to students, see books on their behalf, and manage each other's lessons.

How did you come to work with INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP?

INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP had already developed our brand book, and I tried them initially for the mobile app design. They did a good UX/UI design job, and I decided to go with them for the development stage. They offered me a fair price and a reasonable timeline.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP from June–December 2022. Although the project is finished, they're still addressing some bugs and change requests.

The mobile app INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP developed is what I requested and envisioned. I've tested the mobile app thoroughly, and it has worked well; it has been stable for one user, although we haven't load-tested it yet.

The communication with INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP was excellent. They always took the time to explain things and were very helpful; we have no criticism on that end. At first, everything related to project management went through their tech lead, but they eventually added me to their Trello page, which was a better system.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP's high integrity and honesty — I trusted them. If they couldn't do something, they'd tell me upfront. They genuinely wanted the project to succeed and were very invested in it. 

Additionally, they were patient, talented, and knowledgeable. They also made good suggestions about the mobile app. Overall, they were accountable as a company and provided excellent service, and I intend to work with them again. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

In terms of deadlines, INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP was ambitious with the first one, and they missed it; that was our biggest mishap. After that, we made some adjustments and didn't have an issue again.

Additionally, some bugs in the mobile app slipped past the engineer, and I picked them up. However, this issue was understandable because our project was complex. Other than that, they didn't have anything they needed to improve; I'm not sure anybody would've done a better job. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise potential customers to ask INFIBRAIN TECHNOLOGIES LLP to include them in their project management tools, like their Trello page, to check their progress from the office rather than relying on one-on-one communication. Additionally, I'd advise being clear about the plan and the project's scope.

We worked with a project leader and he had a team behind him with a lot of different skills. The CEO was also involved if we needed to discuss any strategies.

We launched the webshop during 2020. It was well styled and easy for the customer to buy from. Sadly, we realized rather soon, that we couldn't compete on the Swedish market with a webshop that used drop shipping.

The delivery days were too many, since it was hard to find drop shipping suppliers in our own country, we had to use suppliers from Spain and Italy... Nothing of that was Infibrains fault. They delivered a perfectly fine webshop!

I was the project leader from the buying comany. I had contact with Infibrains project leader on a daily basis. It was always fast to get answers and very easy to work with Infibrain.

That it was so easy to be in touch. They were very quick to respond and always solving issues that appeared. Good focus!

The only thing I can think of is that it is good to inform customers from over seas about when national holidays occur. It is hard for me as a customer many thousand miles away in Sweden to know which days the office are closed in India. :)
