The entire project was broken down into achievable goals, this allowed for proper tracking and QA testing at each stage.

They actually delivered on time. They were also able to assist us during Alpha and Beta testing for any issue that was raised.

The prompt communication and attention to detail. A lot of development agencies miss out on little details, but this wasn't the case for InceptMVP.

Yeah, provide more time for meetings to avoid back and forth. But we were able to cover all gaps offline via our messaging platforms.

The project was to create a new platform from the ground up. We never had a working platform so we only had ideas about what we'd want but very little concrete things. Our company has a strict methodology to profile our users so that had to be implemented as well.

Fully working platform with all functionalities implemented and more.

Things were delivered on time or even before. There was some deviation from the planned timeline as they were done with features early which is always a good thing. The very end of the project had some delay as we had some unexpected bugs to resolve and we were slow with testing on our part.

Their work ethic is legendary. The recommended us features we did not think of at first. They were quick to understand our needs and did the implementation very accurately and quickly. There were no useless meetings, they were always straight on point.

During the testing and debugging phase we slowed down with the work that could've gone smoother but all-in-all I can not complain about things.

Completed all design, technical and project requirements.We also had smooth communication where developers understood what we wanted and delivered as rewquired:

This was supposed to be a 3 week project but became a 6 week project. So in terms of timeline, we were going over but we did have many changes and requests that they quickly understood and delivered. They were quite synced with exactly wanted to we did not waste any time!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Project Coordinator was extremely kind in his demeanor and also patient with our requests. We also liked the way they understood a lot of our requests through documents without having the need to clarify much.

Are there any areas for improvement or something InceptMVP could have done differently?

Time Management for virtual meetings. Everyone's time is important, but our meetings almost always started late by more than 20-30 minutes sometimes. That said, they did accommodate going over time to compensate for tardiness, so that is much appreciated!

We searched for vendors in Upwork. After reviewing 4 potential vendors, InceptMVP provided an amazing online portfolio as well as a detailed interview of their process.

We have not launched yet, however as general feedback, they were able to deliver each deliverable and adhered to our requirements.

We communicated through zoom for meetings and WhatsApp for quicker communication and updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What was impressive was how they brought our app idea to life! They were able to maintain the design of the app as well as enhance various functionalities. They quickly understood requested enhancements and executed them extremely well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only area of improvement is with communication. It lagged a bit towards the end of the project, but it wasn’t bad. However, I think we could have been better with communication as well. But they implemented the project perfectly and I wouldn’t have chosen any other team.

We wanted to develop a simple no-code mobile app for our customers to be able to access video tutorials to promote its ease of use.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for bubble developers who could work within our limited budget. Incept team was the best choice considering the budget for the project and their previous experience with similar bubble apps.

We were fairly inexperienced with no digital product managers and so the incept team had to manage with very limited guidance from us. We did give them the wireframe and designs and they worked with it. There were a lot of delays from our end too but the incept team were patient with us and did a good job.

We interacted with two developers from the team.

The app is extremely new so we don’t have have measurable results yet- however, we were happy with the outcome, given the limitations.

The team members were communicative and always responded in a timely manner. They took feedback and readily helped with solving problems throughout the journey.

Since this was our first mobile app project and we were very inexperienced as a team, the Incept team helped us out with solving issues and walked us through a lot of new processes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Aesthetics - wise, things could have been better and hopefully we’re able to solve that in the future.

We conducted a series of interviews with various developers, that could work on our project. InceptMVP, had the best attitude and solutions to our needs. They came with a clear set of ideas and answers to all of our questions. Also, providing their services with an upbeat fee.

I provided them with proper documentation (PRD) and all the criteria we had to cover. Also, wireframing was crafted for them to implement all the required details. They developed the app in Bubble.io + usage of plugs + any code for items that couldn't be included either in bubble or through a plug-in. So, their versatility came in nicely.

The team was formed as such: Me as PM, a Product Owner, UI/UX designers, our developers (InceptMVP), customer service & digital marketing specialist.

We launched the app recently and are still waiting for our metrics to be gathered. But since launch, we have noticed a great feedback, through the app's downloads, mainly on the iOS platform.

I was the project manager, so every communication was sorted with me, through Slack, zoom, Notion.

This was our first app development. We are lucky, we managed to find InceptMVP due to their highly professional demeanor and patient. Our project extended further than we thought initially but that didn't represent a concern for InceptMVP. They diligently solved everything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Implementation of some design screens seemed a bit harder to tackle. We found an agreement point but definitely, it would be great in the future to achieve them easier.

The platform is now live and all development items were executed efficiently and effectively. Every single workflow works as intended and we are very happy with the functionality of the site.

InceptMVP is very timely in communicating and acting on changes. At every step of the way, they ensured to document all feedback and requirements to begin development on the as soon as possible. There was no delay in seeing the results, which indicates a very orderly project management style.

InceptMVP's communication and execution set them apart, they are quick to understand our needs and implement them exactly as needed. The way in which they turned feedback into deliverable action items for development is impressive.

We researched a buch of vendors on upwork and fiverr and wanted to go with the folks who we thought were the most reliable and professional.

The project started off small and turned into a beast :) we designed the concept and the screens and then for 2 months worked with incept to implement everything. we had a daily check in where we would cover requirements for the day. we went through several iterations and changed course a couple of times.

We searched online and knew specifically that we wanted this MVP version built on Bubble. We decided to select this vendor as his credentials and expertise were a great match in addition to the positive reviews.

We had an initial conversation to discuss the scope of work and I presented the screens that had been designed on Figma to be replicated in the MVP. As this project is slightly more technical with the inclusion of APIs and algorithms.

I've been thoroughly impressed with the deliverables and it was exactly what we had asked for.

The vendor was very responsive and we mainly communicated daily using Whatsapp as our preferred channel and conducted video calls on Google Meet. He kept to timelines and always communicated any unintended delays ahead of time.

That they went out of their way several times to help us make relevant changes and in addition, also gave advice/tips on API integration given as I'm not technical and therefore did not have that background knowledge. They went above and beyond to help integrate the APIs with the backend despite this being out of the job scope.
