As for areas of improvement, there honestly isn’t much to critique. Perhaps a little more transparent communication during the initial stages could have set clearer expectations, but that’s a minor detail in the grand scheme of things.

We wanted to create a new website that would represent our new branding and our vision, and showcase the construction projects we are working on. We needed a modern solution with strong attention to design detail, because our branding was already created by another company. Therefore, the key deliverable was a fast, design-driven website that would be easy to manage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our clients and we were happy with the clarity of the website and its easy-to-understand structure, despite the fact that our construction projects and case studies might be harder to understand. However, we do not measure and analyze traffic on our website yet.

At the beginning, we received a project brief from Think To Share. After agreement, they started working on the project. During the process, we used our internal communication tool – Microsoft Teams – on a daily basis.ost of the communication was done by chat, but we also had video calls where they explained the structure of the website and the design process.
