We are an established spices store for more than 20 years, we need to take our business online. So we reach Inbeesight Technologies for making an e-commerce site that looks pretty attractively designed and user friendly.

We shortlist this company based on their portfolios and designs they made.

We have started with a meeting that explains their working process and gives a checklist that needs to submit like my company details suggestion for design, colors, etc. Then they submitted mockups and developed very fast once we gave a confirmation.

After launching our site, we receive very good feedback from customers in terms of designs and user-friendly processes for shopping. Thanks to the Inbeesight team for delivering such awesome work.

We had weekly standups and they submit a roadmap of the project working flow ahead, so it's easy to track the progress. We used tools like Microsoft Teams, Trello, etc.

Since they are working on design-focused digital products, they took some time to develop this. I recommend to improve on that area.
